mattress were 20 years old and they are pretty dirty and stain. kids don’t want to sleep on the bed, we put our towels and sleep.

Location, location, locations. It's just one block away from Ocean Drive. And it's one of the cheapest hotels nearby.
It's cheap - and the quality is like that too. It is really old and not in a good shape. For example, it was "cold" (65 degrees Fahrenheit), so it took about 15 minutes until the water in the shower was not cold any more (it did never get really hot). Also all the facilities are relatively old. But for 2-3 nights with low budget and low expectations it is okay.

Great location for the price
Dont expect a nice room and the staff is not friendly at all. Also, expect misunderstanding about the laws around service dogs if you bring one - they will likely try to charge you and refuse not to. They did not recognize a service dog as different from a regular pet and I had to show them the laws regarding service dogs after a slow amd unfriendly check in without basic customer service skills to be friendly at all.

The area was great and close to the beach
The first night we stayed in the room it took one hour to get hot water and the storm came and we got water in the bedroom thru a leaky window floor was soak and wet. They put us in the second room also water came thru the window and carpet in nightstand were soaking wet also hot water took an hour finally they us in the third room which was a little better.

Good location, friendly staff.
No one cleaned the room during my stay, wifi did not work in room, no thermostat in room, elevator was broken, fridge buzzed all night, bathroom was dirty when we checked in.

too much to write here -- but I can't resist being charged $50 for an early check-in fee that both contradicts the information on your website but also the message I received back from Booking.com that stated they spoke with someone at the property and said I could check-in at the requested time free of charge. Hugely disappointing to be lied to like that.

A few hundred feet from the ocean.
The smell ( of weed) was too strong for our family, especially the children. It was a wild place with a lot of people making noise in the corridor and neighboring rooms. Will never go to such a place again.

The pictures lie and it was too expensive for being a ghetto hotel with all kind of drunk and drug infested young ppl totally horrible..never again..the hotel towels was stained the bed was soft and sinky the sheets had stain and cigarette burns allover them the quilt was dirty..horrible

It was loud with hallway partying no sleep room is made with very thin walls …. Dead Roach in my bathroom floor and they give you one towel
I liked that it was close to food and the beach , will visit again however will bring my own towel and cleaning supplies for a wipe down … and my own blanket because theirs was not cleaned well

It had bedbugs I was bit up and they did not refund me I left two days earlier due to pain and suffering itching couldn’t sleep scared to lay down stay at a strangers room just for comfort until I left and I also let they staff know and they told me take it up with Booking.com

The location.
There weren’t any clean wash cloths and towels available until 2-3pm everyday that I was there. There was no running water when I arrived in the room. No breakfast no wifi, no vending machines, the rooms were fairly dirty and I paid over $800 for 3 nights.
