The bathroom need an updated not enough storage for our bathroom Essentials need Better cleaning The windows should be cleaned from the outside so we can have a great view other than that everything was perfect.

Location

The apartment is is too small for even 4 people. There is no table to eat the food/meal in the kitchen. The bedrooms are very small and the small table with only 2 bar stools are not sufficient to have even a small breakfast. The apartment located on the first floor with a view over 6th street and Collins str. is extremely noisy. No way to sleep and have a rest at night. Too much noise coming from the street and from the hotel hallways. Besides, there must have been bed bugs in the apartment beds as bed bugs bites and allergic reactions resulting from them have appeared on the bodies of all 5 people staying at this apartment within 24 hours after checking out. We had to visit pharmacy few times to buy Hydrocortisone cream and bed bugs killer to spray all our clothes and belongings and wash them numerous times. What a waste of time and money! Horrible experience that ruined our vacation in Florida!!! Recommendation to all possible travellers to stay away from it

Great location, clean and comfortable. We were a family of four. We enjoyed our stay. We were located close to every we needed.

The place was a joke. I don’t know where to begin. small better if the bedrooms didn’t divide this small hotel room. it’s not for more than 4 ppl because the pullout takes up the whole kitchen and living area. the place was not clean. my son and daughter were bit by something every night. The cabinets and all furniture are white particle board. worried the bed is going to fall apart on you. The company that manages it said they had storage for our suitcases until the room was ready. went there they charge and were full and not even affiliated with the place. to sum it up run there are plenty of nice places and people to rent from do not make my same mistake!

Great experience! The apt is very clean and (surprise) very quiet. The place has everything you might need! Everything. And the location is the best! I will def be back over and over again. Thank you!
