the apartments do not look like the picture . They do not properly cleaning the apartments. The sheets, pillows and shower head were FILTHY and the staff do not care. I will not be returning

outdated. From the pictures of advertising, it was half of the size … super small

everything was updated for the price we paid it was an old mini apartment

Access to lincon road

Every thing , property is not as is shown in pictures. Be carefull when booking, it is non refundable non cancellation. I booked for 5 nights and asked to cancel without checkin they refused, then asked if i can stay one day and pay for full cleaning fee . They did not accept . Be very carefull when you are booking property.

Amazing location, very roomy apartment for a small family, nice pool to cool off through the day, comfortable beds (slept like a baby), high speed wifi, keyless entry. it was nice to ha e a full kitchen and be able to cook meals on vacation.

missing some basic kitchen necessities like salt, pepper, there is a dish washer but no dishwashing tablets, basic channels on the tv. the air conditioner was either just on or off, even if I turned it up by one degree. sometimes I was wearing a hoodie inside the apartment.

I liked the security of the place. And the balcony was nice pretty nice to chill on.

We had ants the whole time. We had a giant cook roach in the bathroom. The pool was salt water and closed at 8pm. The place didn't come with was cloths. In 1 of the rooms the blanket had dry blood on it.

Great location and space for your buck. It is clean but could be cleaner. Again - the location is perfect!

The only complaint is that they need to spray for ants in the kitchen.

Close to Lincoln boulevard and great Miami sights including South Beach, can walk to parking bc parking is terrible in this area, gated area so you felt safe, pool was warm. provided with tons of extra towels, Staff was very helpful and friendly , nice pool area

The pool hours are horrible!! i would like to swim later than 8 pm even if just adults are allowed to swim later as long as they are quiet, warm water issues, for three days we didn't have hot water for showers last day we did, mgmt said they were trying to fix it, parking was very confusing, but once you figured it out it was no problem!!

I like the location

Location is good however no parking available. The place can use better quality of furniture and some remodel/update.

The bathroom was full of mosquitos and the shower was difficult to maneuver from hot to cold. The remodel work in the bathroom was very cheap and poorly done. All linens are old and furniture very worn out (chairs; sofa and beds) Overall too much money for what is there

thought we already reviewed this, but… location was great. We walked to the beach area and found some stores nearby to grab breakfast items. Ate at some restaurants near the water.

Air conditioning was minimal in first bedroom on the right. there was no air flow and my brother said it was hot at night for sleeping. Said it seemed as though the vent was blocked up. the kitchen vent seemed the same way. I would have called about it but he didn’t tell me until the last day there. Noisy neighbors on first floor (maybe right side of entrance to our building?). They were loud talking and laughing at 2:30 in the morning our last night (Aug 31st). When asked to keep it down, they rudely responded and then just ignored me. We had to get up early to catch a flight so that was frustrating. The house policy said quiet hours from 11pm and this was blatantly disregarded.

We enjoyed the pool, the location of the apartment, the decorations and cleanness of the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dish wear and pots.The shower was hot and invigorating. Finally, Mauricio was very helpful in terms of getting us into the first available unit.

The two bedrooms were separated from living room. The apartment was very close to the mall. Walking distance!

You can hear through the walls. The parking was terrible. We were harassed by the owners for parking in front of hotel when loading our car .The parking was two blocks away for 18$ a night. Offered no face towels, told us to find our own. No extra clean blankets.
