Dreadful room.Very noisy area. not just the airport. Very dirty. Floors were damaged everywhere. In the toilet too.
Cleanliness was below standards.

This building has to be renovated. All the paint is coming off, my head skin burned as had just hot water in the shower !

Would not give their exact address (first request from me only gave village name and post code. Second request from me they only gave the street address no property number). I already stated at booking we would arrive at 10pm, a medical emergency occurred on our coach I called to say we would be late on August 18th. Lady staff member acknowledged that and gave me the house number and stated she would email me the after hours check in information she didn't! The following day (our departure day) an email was sent in the afternoon but it didn't give after hours check in details!

Nothing. A nightmare place to stay. Only the location is very near to the airport
I was given no 6 family room.. No lock for the washroom, flush not working properly - I opened the flush tank and manually pulled the nob keeping hand inside those dirty water to make it work every time.
Shower nob hangs in a single screw where it will drop anytime on Ur head. Bed is not firm and given so much pain while sleeping . The bed springs are literally piercing the body out .
I have no idea how Booking.com accepted this hotel to list in here..

The location is deceiving. It is in a residential house; it is not a hotel. I arrived late at night and the room was very rundown, there was barely a mattress on the bed, hairs on the sheets, and all the windows were open with no screens so there was multiple bugs and flies in the room. It was so bad I couldn’t even stay the night.

The location is at a reasonable distance from Heathrow Terminals 3 and 5.
This accommodation was the worst experience that I had in my many years of travelling.
I did not receive the codes for the entrance and room doors on time, I.e., before a 14-hour flight, and upon arrival an online deposit is requested!
Booking. com should not be involved with this outfit.

Beds were horrible! We booked 2 rooms and got no sleep due bedsprings digging into out ribs and back. Horrible night!

Didn't like it , it was horrible ,we had to park the car streets away . Didn't feel safe at all .. would never stay again

Very close to Heathrow airport, less than a minute walk to a bus service that takes you to the international terminals in under 10 minutes.
No body wash or shampoo provided.
TV remote broken and batteries kept falling out.
Wifi didn’t really work.

The mattress on the bed was atrocious! I could feel every spring and was very surprised that anyone was expected to sleep on the bed. Also a lack of reading lights next to or above the bed.

The room did not match the pictures at all, they were probably taken over 5 years ago, there are holes and dirt marks all over the walls with mould and wear in most places. The room was cold and not well cleaned, there was a hair on the pillow. The bathroom had a makeshift door that didn't close properly and the grouting in the bathroom looked like it was moulding also. The heating also didn't work and there was no one to answer the phone after hours. Stay away

my room was not ready when it was supposed to be (i paid for early check-in), a handyman came unannounced requesting access to fix the blinds, street lights where horrid alllllll night and it was like daylight in the room (room 1), random people or guests i am not sure were banging on the front door at 12am which scared this living daylight out of me and meant i did not sleep the rest of the night... was up super early for a flight and the hot water wasnt working.. horrible night...

poor service. things didn’t work. had to fix them ourselves or they were just left. The bed was lumpy. Radiator in the bathroom didn’t work. 4 nights-no fresh towels. No bath mats. Path to front door was uneven and dangerous. No outside light.

no hand towel or bath mat and only one towel each. bathroom door didn’t have a lock just to hooks you could push together and hope they stayed. toilet seat was broken and the flushing mechanism was in need of maintenance
