Nice hotel, spacious room, very good restaurant

The bed was very uncomfortable however after mentioning this to staff they did put mattress topper on for second night which did help.

Marriott never disappoints

The room was very dirty and dingy. Carpet was stained and the bed were super uncomfortable. There was mold on the ceiling in the shower.

The rooms could be cleaner. Finger print marks on the cabinets. Carpets had stains. Bed was super lumpy and uncomfortable. Mold on the ceiling in the shower. No offering for kids menu at the restaurant

Location and quality of the room. Bed exceptionally comfortable.

Swimming pool chlorine very high and irritated eyes. No free airport coach.

The cleanliness and facilities were excellent for my family and disabled son, breakfast amazing and staff fantastic.

Always seems to be a problem with being overcharged for final bill and car parking charges always seem to be a problem so i end up having to be sent a penalty fine as hotel do not input the registration plate on arrival even though you give them your registration so then i have to email the hotel once i get penalty so the charge can be cancelled which is annoying.

Was totally fine

Initially put in a room directly above the main atrium with hundreds of diners/drinkers which wasn’t great (just don’t have a room there!) but staff moved me politely and quickly.

Beautiful venue and very comfortable

The location was good. There were some bus stops near the hotel, so we could use public transportation to go to London. We liked the room. It was big enough for 2 adults and really comfortable. We liked the furniture, especially the couch. The café next to the restaurant was also good. Drinks were expensive, but homemade sandwiches were reasonable and tasted good.

Obviously there were some problems in the breakfast system. One morning 3 servers came to us to take our order, but next morning we had to wait for a server for 15 minutes. When I asked some servers, who came to the nearby table, to take our order, they told us to wait for other servers and ran away. We saw some guests leave without having breakfast after waiting for the server or dishes for a while. I hope that the hotel or the restaurant would reconsider the breakfast system. And housekeeping staff didn’t refill the body soap. It was a little bit disappointing.

Nothing much. Dark, dingy rooms that had windows facing the lobby. No natural light. There was an old used teabag lying on the floor . So cleaning was not done properly.

It’s a disappointment in the name of brand Marriott.

Food. The advertised room service 24/7 was not real. We had a missed connection at Heathrow and arrived famished just before midnight. We were told we could walk down the road to McDonalds. For an international chain of hotels charging GBP 350 per night for an airport hotel, this is pretty disappointing.

This was a great location for the night while we waited to fly out the next day. Breakfast was delicious and lovely service

Proximity to airport and Caluccios

Dusty and dingy. It was abundantly clear thar the actual room had not been dusted or hoovered for some time. Wine glasses left outside if my room by others, empty wine bottle on the other side, left there by others.
