We enjoyed a large comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Having just arrived from Europe we were pleased with the easy access from the Heathrow terminals.

Nice hotel…. A little overpriced but it was worth it for the quiet. Room was clean and adequate.

Very clean. Great location - took the shuttle bus from hotel/T4 to T3 which took about 25mins and £6 but extremely easy. Comfy bed, comfy pillows. Liked that there was a kettle in the room.

No conditioner in the shower and shampoo wasn’t great (my fault for not bringing my own but frustrating)

The room is not flashy but so well designed. It has everything you need, where you need it to be. I really like this hotel. More than that the staff were universally friendly and helpful. I have now stayed several times when passing though Heathrow and will do so again. Really close to Terminal 4 - walking distance, even with luggage.

Everything was very good.

The location is perfect. There is a bridge connecting the hotel to Terminal 4 and a tube as well to easily get to Central London. The staff were very good and was able to allow us an early check in as the day we were catching an appointment in Central London.

The room is pretty decent, however when we checked under the bed it wasnt as clean as it should be.

No Airport noise, the silence in the room was blissful. Helpful staff. The included breakfast was delicious.

The room I stayed in did not have a hairdryer - only thing I missed.

This is my second time staying here and it was an improvement. The checkin was friendly and quick. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. They had a nice spread with hot food and cereals, coffee, tea, nice breads. There is something for everyone. I also like that the tube is close to it's easy to get to the London city centre. Also, there was an improvement from my last stay. The shuttle was on time and dropped us off for our super early flight. You do have to pay extra but it's much cheaper than getting a taxi. And it was too early for the AirPort Express train.

The shower head is a little outdated. It was a bit of a disappointment that there were no water bottles. It doesn't cost much to put water in a room for guests. It would also be nice to have a safe and maybe a mini fridge. But overall, we only stayed a few days so it was fine.

ヒースロー空港のターミナル4に隣接しているので徒歩で移動できる。ターミナル2、3,への移動も鉄道で一駅なので（無料）、町バスでの移動に比べ分かりやすくキャーリーバックも運びやすい。スタッフの対応は丁寧で部屋もきれい。朝食は伝統的なイングリッシュブレックファーストをビュッフェ形式で楽しめるが、ほかのホテルに比べおいしく調理されていた。隣に見えるヒルトンホテルほどの豪華さはないが、空港に前日入りしたい場合や夜遅くにイギリスに到着した際に一泊過ごすだけの宿として利用する分にはとても良い。

テレビから見られるホテルの案内ページが不調で、規約やルームサービスが見られなかった（テレビ番組は観れた）。またBooking.comのチャット欄を介してホテルとやり取りしていた際に、ホテルのアカウントが乗っ取られていて詐欺ぺージへ誘導されそうになった（具体的には、「あなたの予約がキャンセルされました。代金の支払い状況をこちらのURL（詐欺ぺージ）から確認してください」というよく分からない内容のメッセージが4回連続で届いた。Booking.comの注意喚起に「怪しいリンクはクリックするな」と書いてあったのでメッセージ内のリンク先には飛ばなかったが、eメールでこのことを確認したところ、詐欺だと言われた。予約自体は生きていることが確認できたのでそのままホテルを利用したが、ホテルのアカウントやBooking.comのセキュリティに不安を感じた）。

Great location via covered walkway from T4. Staff. We’re friendly and welcoming. Great size room with separate large shower area. Iron and ironing board. Also great bar area , which was in open foyer area, which rooms overlooked. The bar also did serve some food. Great WiFi I was able to travel to terminal 5 via tube from terminal 2/3 station.

The breakfast was fine although as I don’t eat pork it would be nice to see a vegetarian sausage or some mushrooms to add a little more variety to the cooked breakfast. Egg and beans gets a bit boring after day 3!

I would have liked fried eggs with my breakfast and mushrooms .I did ask for fried eggs but was told they didn’t do them .

Cleaning could be improved…

I was late arriving and was told upon arrival that there was no room left! You cannot tell someone who is already late & stressed that whilst you were happy to take their money and accept the booking, that their room is not available on arrival in the middle of the night. This is simply unacceptable. I was given room 643 , which as an accessible room. The bed was low and rock hard. I couldn’t sleep all night.

Be careful, if you arrive late, they will sell your room to whoever comes in.

Easy to walk to from terminal. All under cover. Room comfortable. No airport noise at all. Breakfast was really good. Huge choice from cold start to lovely hot breakfast. Nice sitting areas if you have to wait

Excellent location for when you're flying out of T4. No hassle with transportation, just a 2 minute walk to the terminal.
