Great house and great location to old town!

We had a group in for the opening weekend of Spring Training and this house absolutely hit the spot for what we needed. Loved the sort of open air concept of the main area. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole group. Clean and tidy when we arrived with straightforward instructions on how to leave the property when we checked out. Would absolutely stay here again especially with everything in Scottsdale being a 10-15 minute uber ride away.

Great location near Old Scottsdale. The house is nicely set up for enjoyment. Game/TV room is great with 4 screens Pool and spa were awesome. Host was extremely attentive to our needs. Would sleep 8 very easily.

This house was perfect for our trip to Scottsdale. We had 9 girls and we fit perfectly with room to spare. The host was great with communication especially when I needed to arrange checking early. He checked in on us and the house throughout the trip which was very considerate. The house was clean, AC was working, plenty of towels and a good distance from Old Town. We came during one of the hottest weekends so the only downside was the spare game room bedroom was not sleepable as it is in the garage and was much hotter than the rest of the house. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at Dave’s place ! He was easy to communicate with and very responsive ! The place was very clean, well appointed and well situated ! Only thing to mention from our group of 12 is the pullout in the games room does not have AC if you have a larger group planning to stay . Thanks for everything , we would stay again

Truly the perfect house for a girls weekend. Even better than it looked online!! Amazing location, perfect layout for our 10 person group, super clean, great little amenities, etc. Would 100% recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place to stay for a large group! We were 12 girls and it was the perfect size house. Everyone had plenty of room and enough space to all hang out together which is hard to find! I’d highly recommend this house and would go back in a heart beat!

The house was exactly as advertised! Although the weather wasn't great during our stay, we still had a great time thanks to the awesome media room setup and the rest of the great house layout. Would definitely return to this property and also recommend to others.

We enjoyed the house. Really liked the main family room and backyard. Hot tub and pool, plus corn hole, were great to have. Fantastic water pressure and close to the stadium, golf, and bars and restaurants.

Rental property was cute and in a good location for what we wanted to do in Scottsdale. We were visiting for my bachelorette weekend and it slept 9 girls well. The one king bed I stayed in was not very comfortable for sleep. The most disappointing part was the house advertised a hot tub (which was one of the main reasons for booking this house especially this time of the year)… but upon arrival it wasn’t working at all. Instead of a reimbursement, the owner offered to “heat” the pool at no charge which wasn’t effective because the pool was still too
cold, especially at night. The pool heater is extremely loud and obnoxious. Regardless, we still had the best time in Scottsdale.

Well-appointed ranch style home with everything you would need. Minor issue with kitchen faucet handle falling off (they are waiting for a part to arrive) but otherwise everything was in working order, with modern technology, fun games, updated decor and comfortable furnishings 😊

FABULOUS HOUSE - Entertaining Dream!
We stayed for our sons graduation at ASU. The house easily slept 11 of us during our stay. The beds were INSANELY Comfortable!!! House was very clean. The yard is smaller than we thought upon arrival, but after an hour we realized it was absolutely PERFECT!!!!! Corn hole, pool, pool table, catching some rays, smores, hot tub, swimming and playing board games all at the same time! When we had questions at all, the owners were VERY prompt in their response time. We highly recommend this home! Would stay again!

Excellent accommodations for a short or long stay
We were in town for just a few days for work and this place was roomy, comfortable, and very clean. Its conveniently located within a couple of miles of Old Town Scottsdale with quick access to other areas of town as well. Well stocked and equipped for business travel, family trips, or weekend getaways. Host was very responsive - highly recommend

excellent location perfect for a bach!
this rental was great for a large bachelorette party this weekend! the home has everything you need and more! we didn’t utilize the game room and our gals opted to sleep on the couch inside instead. we used the pool and jacuzzi which were both great! we decided to not heat the pool as it was 85-90 degrees outside and the temperature was brisk but refreshing! we did see a few critters running outside in the backyard a few times but it didn’t bother us too much. the home was overall really great!

Perfect Friends Trip Spot
This is a great property that is super close to old town Scottsdale. If you put your walking shoes on it's about 1.5 miles. Got a lot of use out of the backyard! The heater was unfortunately not working on the pool, but at least now I know how Jack from Titanic felt jumping into that Ocean. Luckily, a quick jump into the hot tub and you were good to go. The main table seats about 10 for dinner, and the "man cave" garage was great as we came during the first weekend of March Madness. Would highly recommend this location!

Awesome House!
What a great property! Truly enjoyed my stay. Everyone else in my traveling party absolutely loved the house. Great house to hang out and watch some games! The outdoor area is awesome and is equipped with everything you need. 5 minute uber/cab to Old Town Scottsdale. 5/5, Hope to stay there again.

Great Golf Weekend
We came out for a golf weekend from all over the US and had an amazing stay. The house is super well furnished and close to everything! We were able to make some great food at the house and enjoy the great restaurants nearby. Sports were on TV the entire weekend and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Would definitely love to stay there again!

Would stay here again
This is a great place to stay. Neighborhood felt totally safe. Beds were comfortable. Once booked the owners had great communication via email. Super easy to check in and out. About 3 minutes from a grocery store, Starbucks, gas stations. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc to cook.
Owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

It was just so perfect. We were so grateful and appreciative for such a sweet space. They have done an exceptional job and this place is just fantastic !!!!!!!!! We totally loved it and everyone continued to say how cute the place is, even after being there for a few days. Thanks again!!

Great property in great neighborhood
We had a wonderful stay at this location. Dave is a great owner, very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as advertised. We traveled with another family and the house was the perfect size for the 9 of us. Great location right near Old Town and the Fashion Square and only 20-30 minutes from hiking in the McDowell mountain range. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

All in all our stay at the property was good. The interior was very nice and clean. All TVs worked and There was plenty of kitchen supplies and appliance worked.The outdoor area was a little bit messy from the previous renters. We had to clean out a few beer cans at the bottom of the pool and then next day the pool maintenance came and cleaned it. If you want to use the hot tub definitely turn up the heat as soon as you get there. In order to warm it up by the next day.Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend.

Couple getaway
All in all our stay at the property was good. The interior was very nice and clean. All TVs worked and There was plenty of kitchen supplies and appliance worked.
The outdoor area was a little bit messy from the previous renters. We had to clean out a few beer cans at the bottom of the pool and then next day the pool maintenance came and cleaned it.
If you want to use the hot tub definitely turn up the heat as soon as you get there. In order to warm it up by the next day.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would recommend.

Great gathering house!
Multiple gathering spots for a group -(we had 6) game room, pool, fire pit, living room, pool table - plenty of room. Love the big window that opens off the kitchen. All the amenities of house were way above average! (Towels, linens, kitchen tools etc) Very quiet street. Definitely recommend! Great host.

We had a great time at this house. The layout was great for 4 adults and two young children. We spent most of our time in the pool with the kids.Dave was excellent with quick text messages for any questions we may of had.

Large house that is fully stocked with what you need
The check in process was very smooth. Ther interior of the house is as advertised and was very clean. I was impressed with how stocked everything was to include plenty of towels and items in the kitchen. The pool in the backyard is great and since it was so hot there was no need to heat it. The garage is great and offers four TVs that you can view different channels. The house overall is large and offers plenty of space to spread out. The two knocks I have on the house is, one, the hot tub did not function for the first two nights of our four night stay. Eventually, someone was sent to fix it and then operated properly. The second issue, was the high speed NEST AC control unit locked us out for a bit and we could not turn on the AC. I was able to call the house owner/manager and get the AC issue fixed. Overall, this is a great house and I would recommend it to others. Minus the aforementioned two issues, the house was flawless.
