Exceptional! I am living in Nicosia since 15 years and wanted to try the MAP to form my own opinion and to be able to recommend it to friends and customers. I have been in their restaurant for several dinners and tasted many of their marvellous dishes, but never stayed in the MAP over night. This is the only true boutique design hotel in Cyprus, I am not exaggerating, with only 30 roons. It's not just some design elements and paint. The entire hotel has been design from the scratch, with pleasant high tech everywhere. Very comfortable coco-mat beds and super comfy pillows. All toiletries are from Elemis, including pillow spray with a slight aroma of lemon grass. Staff is super friendly, attentive and polite. Breakfast was exceptional. A great choice of served breakfast platters and dishes, all served to the table! And the location is just great, in the very centre, at the Venician walls of the Old Town. The hotel has also a gym and a bespoke spa with Elemis products. However, I did not try either of them. Comparing the nightly price with other hotels and with what they all offer for their price, the MAP is priced very fairly! This will now be the only hotel that I will recommend to friends and customers alike. Thank you, MAP. I felt like being at home immediately.

There is really nothing that I did not like, honestly. I am travelling mostly for business extensively since decades. This is one of the three best hotels I have stayed in. I liked everything.

Die Lage war toll! An sich auch ein wirklich nettes Hotel mit einem guten Restaurant. Personal war tip top!

1. das Bett war etwas kurz, das selbst bei mir mit knapp 1.80m die Füße unten raus hingen. Keine Ahnung … so noch nie erlebt. 😅 2. das schlimmste aber war die Überhitzung der Zimmer. Anscheinend ist man aktuell im heating mode und kann somit über die Lüftung nur heizen und nicht kühlen. Und selbst wenn die Lüftung aus war, wurde es unangenehm heiß. Wir haben dann das Fenster offen gelassen, aber direkt an der Hauptstraße… kann man sich denken, war die Nacht sehr bescheiden. Wir wollten eigentlich noch eine Nacht länger bleiben, haben dann aber aus dem Grund abgebroch.

Hotel is perfectly located. Very welcomed staff. Hotel is brand new by feeling. Everything is clear and ready to use. I like, personally, the room automation.

Extend check out is not available before day of departure, which is a bit uncomfortable.

The location is close to the city walls, (old city 4 min on foot), by a busy 4 lane street, and the hotel could have been any passable noisy hotel, but it has been so well designed!!! Soundproofed rooms, great decor , excellent à la carte breakfast (no mediocre buffet), excellent service by the staff. Great gym. It goes definitely above what other hotels offer. There is not parking on the property itself but there are 2 options nearby and the front desk will be happy to help you.

Good location and comfortable beds

I recently stayed at the Map Boutique Hotel in Nicosia, and I was really impressed with the excellent modern rooms, the hotel reception staff, the gym, and room service. The rooms are all very stylish and well-designed, with all the latest amenities. I especially liked the comfortable bed, the rain shower, and the Nespresso machine. The rooms are also very clean and well-maintained. The hotel reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They were always happy to answer my questions and give me recommendations for things to do and see in Nicosia. They also went out of their way to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The gym is well-equipped with a variety of cardio and weight machines. It is also very clean and well-maintained. I was able to get a good workout in during my stay. Room service was excellent. The food was delicious, and it was delivered to my room promptly. I especially liked the breakfast options, which were very varied and generous. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Map Boutique Hotel. The rooms are excellent, the reception staff are friendly and helpful, the gym is well-equipped, and room service is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Nicosia. First and foremost, the dedication and warmth of the staff. My daughter and I were made to feel at home. The complimentary breakfast is superb. Overall, the hotel restaurant and bar is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a drink and a meal. Evi, George and the rest of the staff were terrific. I hope to return, soon.

Modern, well located, well appointed rooms, exceptionally good gym, a la carte breakfast included, exceptionally hospitable and engaged staff at all levels, parking included albeit a short distance away.

There is nowhere immediately outside the property to stop and offload luggage. For a property of this high standard it’s a tiny bit lacking in this department.

The service and staff were exceptional - I was made to feel instantly welcomed. The amenities provided were also great - I made regular use of the gym and had an amazing deep tissue massage in the spa. The breakfast in particular was a highlight and I looked forward to the meals every morning.

I initially found the room controls a little confusing so maybe some instructions could help, but that was a small issue amongst an otherwise amazing stay.

The room was exceptional, and the hotel is very close to Old Nicosia and Makariou Street. Excellent breakfast! You must try the pancakes with anari and honey.

Nice people and location Restaurant too

The restaurant is really nice. Plenty of great options available for breakfast and dinner. Great staff. Lots of gadgets to play around in the bedroom (lights, automatic curtains etc ). The city view from the fourth floor is nice. The location is also good, close to the city centre. They provide you with a 10% and 15% discount to the restaurant and spa, respectively. Make use of both! It is worth it.

The system surrounding the parking is a bit difficult. You need to get a pass to get onto the parking lot, and when you leave you need to return the pass. The parking lot is however across the (busy) street, so after getting out, you need to park somewhere else, and walk a bit to return it. The view from the standard room was better than from the more expensive iconic room. The shower in the standard room was also a bit bigger. But the overall size of the iconic room was bigger than the one from the standard room.

Food was excellent, bed very comfortable

The automation on the lights, drapes etc is excessive. Also the fragrances were heavy and not appropriate for anyone who is sensitive to artificial scents.
