The view was the best part of the room. I liked the location it was low key.

The elevators are TERRIBLE! There are 4 at the "resort". 2 days in a row I had to hike down 8 flights of stairs to get coffee and back up. (The people that were waiting for the elevator were still standing there upon my return) This happened several times during my stay and other guests were complaining about it too. I had an issue with the "free" TV, the remote didn't work, my husband got it working but the remote didn't control the volume and it was at concert level... I emailed Vanessa from blu vacation rentals, a man was sent to my room the next day to fix it..he said "it no work" we asked about another room or TV or even a remote..answer was no.. the prices on Blu vacation rentals site are totally different then the rates on the travel sites, I brought it to their attention and was told the site was old and they had no idea!! I loved the view and my time with my husband but this place needs help... also the lobby looks nice, but upon entering the bathroom it was so gross..dated, broken mirrors.. you would think these bathrooms would be in pristine condition considering they are in the lobby. There was a fan running in our hallway from the leak, the carpet was soaked..we also got to see the "bug guy" spraying (i guess it needs to be done but maybe do it on the overnight shift) my advice keep looking for another place.

Not much around (restaurant & bar on lower level)"You have to drive or Uber (Valet only if you have car) But we Ubered to multiple places safely and reasonably South Beach and malls and lots of other eateries about 20 mins+ on day with no sun

Valet parking, no key entry, and balcony.

We didn't have enough wash cloths, no iron, no phone, and TV wasn't working at arrival. The owner never returned my call about these issues the entire time I was there.

Loved the balcony! The view is everything. Everything was clean and the kitchen is small but spacious and everything worked. When we needed clean towels, we called the property manager and within minutes, the maintenance staff brought us towels. The guys in the valet were great, and fast, and even though you can't access your car unless you are leaving, they bring the car to you BUT give yourself time because if there's a lot of people, you may be waiting there for a long time. Short distance away from a shaded area with a park where the kids can play. They have a state-of-the-art elevator and the hallways are clean.

I didn't necessarily like the fact that you can't park the car yourself, and unload and load the car at your own convenience. Felt rushed when we arrived because there's only 1 lane to get to the valet, and once it's your turn, you feel you have to unload super fast because there's people waiting to unload as well. We did see two cars crash at the entrance to the valet, don't know who tried to cut who, but be patient so this doesn't happen to you.
