location was really good. parking was good. beds were comfortable

checkin process of collecting card access and checking in at Indian bistro was a nightmare. staff were rude and did not speak any English. lucky we also speak bahasa. we parked our car in the basement and found our condo. only to find swipe card didn’t work! so back to the bistro. they claimed not to understand or be interested. so we spoke to booking agent. who sent a video via WhatsApp. of course you need to swipe 4 times to gain entrance to your condo. The bathrooms were full of mould and needed a good bucket of chlorox and a good clean. kitchen stunk of curry do we aired out the unit. blocked shower drain too

Strategy location but noisy

However, it is so dusty and dirty, doesn’t worth for me to pay RM2000+ for all these. We washed our foot over again and again till we requested for a cleaner. the shower in the bathroom are about to fall, is rusted and loosened. Nobody fix. The bathroom are so dirty. Ph, there’s no water at all for the bathtub so you have to fill in with the shower head. my father’s room air conditioning are out of gas till we have to call for them to fix. The microwave in the kitchen cant be use properly since the plate in the microwave are gone. anyway, this is a very very bad experience for me. Pay over RM2000 for such bad experiences are not worthy at all. I will never come back again.

Location is good, hassle free check in.

There wasn’t any 24 hours helpline in case of emergencies experienced (for example, the digital lock having no batteries- we were not told before this that the batteries were removed). My friends and I came back to an apartment which we were locked out of.

View was fantastic.

The balcony door locks were too hard to lock, too much noise from causeway traffic..

I wanted to rent a two room apartment. later, realise it was a dual key apartment. we shared the whole apartment with a stranger. I would not take it if I knew it was such an arrangement.

Good near to immigration

Inconsiderate property management. Arrived early but was told cant go in yet because there is guest. however when we arrived, no trace that it was cleaned as everything was dry and dusty. kitchen has a lot of discarded plastics in the cupboard. Asked for $65 dollar deposit and took so long to refund. property is nice but not the management.

Self check in is easy becoz i do not need to rush.

The staff did not reply at all when I enquire about the apartment.

Location was good, and parking is provided as well.

Main door of the apartment is faulty, not working well to the extent we were locked out of our apartment for around 3 minutes before we could enter. Latch was also so hard to close. Very frustrating main door of apartment. One washroom only for two bedrooms, so preparation was not the fastest in the morning as we had a family of four.

There were not enough towels to provide and it was quite dusty. tv has no cable channels. shower pressure wasn't strong and there were not enough floor mats so it tends to be slippery in the bathroom.

Staff is very responsive and understanding. The location of the apartments are super close to the CIQ. The apartment overlooking the city view is superb.

The shopping mall under the apartments is not functional. Alot of shops are close. However the coffeeshop you take your key from has delicious food. The toilet floor is very slippery. Beware if you have toddlers running around or elderly coming with you. The apartment has rather ancient interior design. The first apartment I was given has malfunctioned hanging pole (for clothes) and it just hung halfway from the ceiling. So the thing was around my waist and couldnt elevate any higher at all. It also had 2 leaking air conditioners. I mentioned this problem to the staff and they are very helpful in understanding my plight. This is my personal experience. On the first night, I was offered an apartment with an amulet hanging on the painting - which I find it odd because I have never been to hotels or apartments that has amulet in it (except the Bible or Quran) I noticed within the corridor, the ceiling has smoke remnants. When you enter this particular apartment, it just gives you a different energy. Its not that I saw something or was disturbed. But I am a light sleeper. I was able to sleep till 2+am as my baby woke up. As I was trying to sleep, I heard stomping of feet very loudly and numerous times from above. I didnt think anyone was staying above me though. To confirm these weird activities, I heard the dining chair in my apartment itself dragged. So........... Its a mystery. Oh anyway, they have couple other apartments within this estate so please do not feel turned away by this review. The staff changed my apartment eventually, thank you for that.
