The communication with the property manager was terrible. On check in day I texted at 1 pm or so and did not get a reply 'till 9:30 or so that evening. Similar thing happened another time. The place is in need of painting, with marks on the walls, and filthy. No way to stream movies i.e. no smarttv to sign into netflix or what have you, and the tv is ridiculously small for the living room (as you can see in the pictures). A closet door is broken and the vanity shelf in the master bathroom is tilted down. The other bathroom door does not lock. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. The lights over the balcony (and the microwave don't work). No oven mits and no baking tray, and the utensils etc were strewn all about in the drawers. The decor is very stale. Two wine glasses had lipstick, the glass table was cleaned with a dirty wet rag leaving streaks all over it, there was an open can of pringles under a bed, and the master mirror had shaving stubble all over it!!! The whirlpool trickles out water, and there was an old candle left on it. The lighting in the living room is dim. We were six but there were only 5 beach towels. The check in was rude. The pool is like a public pool, nothing special and there is construction going on next to it. The gym is disgusting and not as described!!! However, the view in all three rooms is spectacular, and the balcony is huge. That almost made up for the paint, filth and other issues. I would not return to this apartment.

Location is good, next to the beach. Just need to maintain the washer and microwave

We were there for 3 days. The co do was a good location to go see things or relax and go to beach and pool.

No place. More beautiful to wake up in the morning! Coffee and breakfast looking out over beautiful Miami Beach. We will be returning soon.

All around great experience and stay. From the Valet on I was impressed with our stay. Huge position with unreal views of the ocean. Elevators are prompt and efficient. Will definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay!! The place was beautiful and clean. There were beach towels, beach chairs etc. the view is BREATHTAKING!! Highly recommend!

This apartment is located in a huge building. When we arrived from the airport at midnight Friday night it was still a long line of cars waiting for the concierge to take care of them. After around 15-20 minutes we were able to hand over the car key to the parking staff and headed to check in. Check in was smooth. The apartment is on the last floor (I guess 17th, so called penthouse) and has a huge balcony towards the ocean. It’s fantastic. The building is next to the beach and the access is easy. Thank you for the excellent place.

I have trouble checking in I have a broken foot and have to Stan up for more 45 minutes and they cannot find my reservation. Place needs some paint and do a little more clean up but it has the most beautiful view we were so happy so it just needs a little love but the view compensate it will stay here again.
