Loved the pool area

clean, spacious, nicely designed, and had everything we need. The location is great with easy access to the beach and activities. Will definitely return.

I came here for a bachelorette party in mid July and was so impressed! the beach access, the pools, the staff were all amazing. our room was clean, ready when we arrived and exactly as described. the beds were comfortable and the sitting area was nice as well. I would stay here again!

We booked a two-bedroom unit for two nights prior to a cruise. We enjoyed our stay, and it was a convenient location with a shuttle stop out front. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach despite the rain. They have a pool bar, but drinks were very expensive, so we only had one each.

Our stay was fabulous and the apartment was just what we needed. It’s in a great location!

We had a great stay. The room was as shown. The property was right on the beach. The pool side bar was great - don’t tip it’s already included. Would have liked the rental chairs and umbrella to be included as some rooms do include with stay but we had to rent them. The king bed was super comfy. They need new sheets though. Shower water pressure was great but the toilet was tricky at times. The valet is $35-$40 a day unfortunately that’s the only way to park on the hotel site the desk said. The view was amazing and unlike other reviews we had no trouble with the elevators. Being from Los Angeles, we are used to traffic but the streets were confusing when trying to grab a quick bite. Trolley use was great for close excursions and the stop is right in front of the hotel. The restaurant wasn’t open but they do have a little store and coffee shop for quick eats. Wave runner rentals were conveniently right on the beach in front of the hotel. The beach was beautiful. And cleaned daily. The pools were nice and the jacuzzi’s were good one was luke warm but I think that was so little kids could enjoy. The pool area was super cute and waitress delivered us drinks both at the beach and downstairs pool.

Our stay was fabulous! The property was clean, met our needs and was located perfectly for access to the beach and good eats!

We could not have asked for a better experience. Vanessa was immediately communicative with clear instructions for checking that were completely accurate. The space was big, beautiful and clean. The grounds were located right in between the beach and canal, with the free shuttle right outside our door. Highly recommend Vanessa and the space. Will definitely be coming back.

I really loved the location and the apartment . I had everything I needed right there . I also felt secure and as if I was at home. I didn’t want to leave the apartment or Miami Beach !! I had a wonderful vacation at the Alexander !!!❤️🥰❤️

Valet service was great. Condo was decent but pricey. Fridge was filthy, some electrical outlets didn't work at all, bathrooms sparsely stocked. Front desk was not polite. condo isn't as nice as pics depict.

It was a nice place. Great balcony, beautiful views of the pool, beach and canal. The couch had been changed from the picture but overall very nice. The refrigerator had stains on it but it was clean just old I guess. The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms were very spacious. I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed here a few days. It was a great time- no personal issues with the condo rented itself and I did communicate with property owner twice and she got back to me right away. Great view and what we were looking for. Wasn't a big fan of the valet thing just because I like to have my car but they were prompt / good. The pools are amazing... the bar has potential but 4 adults at 1 drink a piece with tip was over 100$ so it would have been nicer to have more realistic so we could have enjoyed that aspect more 😀 good access to the beach.

First time in Miami...Overall the hotel was nice. It's an older property and could use some updates but still well maintained and nice. The unit itself could definitely use some updating. The couch seen in pictures is not the same as what's there and was very uncomfortable. Master bath tub looked as if it was dirty but it was just peeling and old. Some of the pots/pans were not cleaned well and probably need to be replaced altogether. I was probably the only one who noticed the imperfections or who even cared so I never spoke to or called property mngr. Our teens had a blast and we spent most of our time out and about anyway so it was well worth the experience. Overall great property, great staff/customer service and great location.

We booked this trip last minute for a girls weekend. Once the booking was done, the contact didn’t answer our questions. A courtesy response would’ve sufficed but she didn’t even answer. The exit to the pool is underground because of renovations, it’s odd having to walk a tunnel but works well when it rains. Location was perfect!! Beachfront, beautiful beach walkways and good pools! Tiki bar was a lifesaver- great hummus! We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The view from the balcony was great you got see the ocean and Biscayne Bay. The place has a Tiki bar, restaurant, coffee shop with snack and shop for essentials. We use Lyft and had no problems getting around Miami. The couch could use replacing.

The place was just like pictures. Beds were nice and had everything we needed. The building was having some construction but it didn’t bother us. The Alexander is very nice, enjoyed the pool and pool bar.

I would recommend to my friends and family for this rental!

It should be noted pool area is under construction right now. Second pool not open. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. It was good for my group of friends who just wanted to enjoy the beach. Balcony was great. No dishwasher.
