Open the curtains to see the sunrise, hear the sounds of the beach, and walk a few yards to start enjoying the beach that's clean and big. House has all amenities in the kitchen and outdoors for families to have a good time, and prepare meals. The view from the 2nd floor is amazing. We had 2 issues with this property Number given by the property owner doesn't work or goes to voice mail for any immediate questions. Communication in VRBO messaging system is ok, but I had to wait for at least a day to get a response. We had a noisy neighbor, we couldn't sleep the whole night, and I couldn't reach the property owner to complain. The hotel front desk didn't take it seriously either until another renter from the other side of the noisy neighbor also joined in complaining. We thought of calling the police. I left a voice mail to the owner but heard no response. If you see the owner's response on how this issue was handled, then you can evaluate customer care and decide on the booking.

Oceanside access was amazing.. unit access needs improvement. luggage carts were not accessible from the car...unload car up 6 stairs to luggage cart...roll cart 15 ft to unload & go down 3 stairs then walk 3 steps then down 6 steps ... into a bedroom...then down circular stairs to drop off food & beach stuff with crazy!! there has to be a better way...it was way to much work for the amount we paid. owners were very nice and helpful.

The location can't be beat, the beach is literally across from a narrow boardwalk. Views from the first and second floors are amazing. The place itself has lots of space and a nice patio, although it is a little dated and could use some work, but the setup and location make it all worthwhile. The rental company's response was outstanding when we called about a few missing or broken things. They were even flexible with our departure time. All and all it was a great trip.

The unit was great, and the access to the beach was great. The pool area had no Umbrellas, or small table and no palm trees Really a black eye for such a nice property.

You have plumbing issues. The upstairs toilet would not flush and there was no plunger. You have issues with your cleaning service. The inside of the upstairs shower doors were moldy. You need to get the unit sprayed for roaches. We found multiple live roaches and one dead roach. Airport traffic was a nightmare. Allow plenty of time at the airport. Beach was beautiful. Valet staff were very helpful. Restaurants suggested in the online guide were amazing. Fifi's Restaurant was the best seafood we have ever eaten. Don Pan International Bakery had outstanding empanadas and guava pasteries. Taco vs. Burrito had the best Mexican food we have ever eaten.

Perfect place to stay for oceanfront views, walks on the beach and boardwalk, as both are literally your backyard. Check in was easy, communication with Vanessa was perfect, and the townhouse was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will be using this property for our annual trips to Miami Beach.

The property is very dated and falling apart. Cabinet doors falling off the cabinets, bathroom doors that don’t lock, etc. the tv’s didn’t work until we were ready to leave, the chilled water coil in the air conditioner spit water out in the floor puddling up, all most slipped and fell. The ac guy that showed up said it was rusted out and couldn’t be repaired. Security could never find the keys or our cars so we stopped using valet parking. When I had to go in the parking deck below I saw so many screw jacks holding the building up so I asked the parking attendant about it. He said the building was in poor shape and being torn down next year. The hallways were dark and reminded me of “the shining”. Word of advice “go spend your money elsewhere” this place shouldn’t be rented at all. Other than that. The beach was awesome. Had some great food while in Miami.

The property needs better housekeeping and areas/furniture upgrades. Regardless we had a great time, the location and setup is awesome.

Perfect! You will not find another place in Miami Beach where your private patio is directly on the boardwalk/beach and the apartment is big, wow. Your own place ON the beach. It’s all about the view: The view from the townhouse is amazing, ever more so from the second floor. You could spend the day in that bedroom and not miss a beat as the view of the ocean is spectacular!! Again, Wow

We had a great time! The location was perfect to beach access, you walk out back of the property and across the boardwalk and you’re there. The beach itself was nice, not crowded. Water is perfect bath water temp! HOWEVER, be aware of seaweed season-just look it up. Didn’t ruin our trip at all but just heads up! The boardwalk was nice & safe, extends for miles in both directions (well lit). We walked the boardwalk to get to restaurants and Starbucks. Rented bikes to get to south beach, so fun. (Citi-bike rental kiosks all up and down Collins) Fontainebleau hotel - very cool place to visit and get dinner and gelato. The pool was nice. Our check-in was smooth, we received all communication needed to get in quickly. The coffee shop in the hotel was closed. We used uber daily or walked to get around. Uber to grocery (Publix) was easy and close. Quick drive to the Florida keys, awesome! The rental itself had everything we needed. It’s a bit outdated but was clean and safe - the whole hotel was a bit outdated. Thank you for the quick response to our questions and providing a Great getaway for us. FYI Families - I wouldn’t take my kids to Miami in general. Unless they are adult kids. It’s safe but very secular & “south beach” party scene.

We have stayed her multiple times and it never disappoints. Always clean and easy to use. Traffic in the area is busy, buts it’s Miami Beach so it’s the norm. Will definitely stay here again.

The check-in was horrible at this location. Long wait for valet parking. Check-in at the desk was also a long wait and the staff weren’t friendly. The resort and room are run down. The only positive of the room booking was being steps away from the beach.

Cute place worked great for our family to stay for the weekend. My only complaint about the condo itself was it smelled like cigarette smoke, even though there are signs stating no smoking on property that was not followed by someone who had stayed previously. Check in is a little chaotic with having to wait for valet parking and register at the front desk along with all the other people trying to get into their rooms as well. But overall experience was good as having the beach right outside our back door was great.

For starters we drove 17 hours to get here and it was hot and very busy. I didn’t realize that we would be given a “key code” access to our unit until we arrived. The front desk employees state that I should have been sent a message with that info. I check the VRBO app and nothing. So the security guard messages Vanessa and it took her until the next day to get back to me. But it wasn’t until I messaged her and told her how frustrated I was that we couldn’t access the unit and had to let the security guard to let us in. She claims that she sent an email (but she never told me that she was sending me one and our way of communication the whole time was through the VRBO app). I checked me email and nothing. I asked her to send again and she did and it went to my spam email. Communication is key in the future to let renters know how they will be receiving the info for the unit. If you plan on staying for a period of time and require help with your luggage, forget it. This place doesn’t even want to help you with your luggage. There are also about 20+ steps just to get inside the complex. We had several items to bring inside and had to make several trips. There is no ramp to help with your luggage. The place also smelled really bad. I am only rating 3stars for the mere fact of the boardwalk behind the complex. That was the best part of the stay. Other than that my girls didn’t feel safe either because the men were disgusting there too. This is NOT a family oriented place at all. The men would make nasty comments and gestures toward my daughters and their friends. And I’m talking about 17 year old girls and it was so ridiculous to where I had to say stuff all of the time to men. I will never again come back to this area. Also no one in the complex speaks English besides the front desk people. And that is sometimes. Making change from a $20 was also an issue. I can add more issues if needed.

Nice location, easy accessible The up keep of the building was not kool at all, water lraks every where. The elevator was down but overall we enjoyed our stay.

If your looking to spend your days on the beach, this is the perfect spot! Vanessa responded quickly and was helpful. The location is great. The condo fit the 4 of us comfortably. Will definitely consider this place again if we return!

Beautiful townhouse on a breath taking ocean view.

Place could use some updates, but you can't beat the location/view. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds were very comfy and everything was cleaned properly when we arrived. The large private patio was great for an evening meal listening to the waves. As for the property itself, the pool is huge, but could use some more loungers. The tiki bar was nice, drinks were relatively cheap compared to typical Miami prices and strong. The valet can take a long time so if you're not planning any day trips and only exploring Miami Beach, skip renting a car and use the free trolley. There are 2 stops nearby.

Location has excellent beach access!

My wife and I rented the condo for a week. Yes the place is dated buts it’s clean , quite, and safe. The best part is the patio which leads directly out to the beach. There are many walkable restaurants nearby . When we did go out that was not walkable we never waited more than 5 minutes for an Uber. The store on the lower levels has many essentials including beer and wine. We did not have any issues with cell or WiFi connections. Thanks again to Vanessa for getting us in a few hours early! Bob

The owner was friendly and very helpful. From our front door to the ocean was fantastic. Nice unit, fairly secluded big patio, really nice bike/walking path, and a beautiful beach. The Castle Beach club was not so good. The restaurant was ok and reasonably priced, and the pool and tiki bar were ok. The check in process was a joke, and the desk people were just plain terrible. Confusion, multiple driver license photos, no real instructions on how to get to the room, or how the parking worked. We had to carry the luggage upstairs to get to the desk, then we’re told that I had to leave my driver’s license to use a luggage cart, and they never bothered to tell me that there were steps on the way to our unit and the luggage cart wouldn’t work. If you’ve never been to Miami Beach a warning- the traffic, parking, tourist-trap ripoff shops are brutal. You really have to be able to walk pretty good distances. I suspect that would make it easier to find all the little restaurants. But the beach and walk path are beautiful, and there many reasonably priced restaurants with very good food. The rentals don’t cost a fortune, maybe because of all the other issues. If this is what works for you you’ll love this place. BTW - cell service is pretty much non-existent for most of mid beach and north beach, and WiFi is sketchy.

The place has mold growing all over to the extent that just bing there 50 minutes hurt my lungs! There’s bed bugs and the place has not been cleaned in I would guess a year. We left and still have not heard back from the property manager!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Castle Beach. The location is stunning, you're literally on the boardwalk, 5 steps from the beach. Vanessa was extremely quick to respond and was very accommodating to our requests. While unit might use some freshening up, it's spacious, clean and well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels & toiletries provided. Will definitely come back!

The listing was accurate, and the condo was lovely, and not too far from shops, restaurants etc. We loved the fact that the beach was so easy to access, and having such convenient access to the boardwalk. Being that we were so close to the beach and wanting to hear the ocean we were a little discouraged that we couldn't leave the doors or windows open (per the signage in the condo), and that we had to leave the AC running at all times, we turned it down however it was always running and freezing (so much that we had to sleep in sweatshirts and were from ny so we're used to the cold!). The beach chairs and umbrella were also broken, so I was glad we had brought our own beach gear. The pool was nice, however not extremely clean (although I did see someone using Windex rather than a sanitizing cleaner, to wipe down surfaces). I did notice when accessing the trash room (very convenient ammenitiy) that there weren't any smoke detectors outside of the condos, only wiring for them, fortunately this wasn't a concern during our stay, and it's located right next to the fire department, but something the hotel may want to consider improving for safety reasons. Security was not extremely pleasant nor in the least bit attentive, but I had read this in other reviews and was not expecting a whole lot. Aside from those minimal hiccups, we enjoyed our stay.

I landed kind of early and had to login to work, Vanessa was super nice to let me check in early and work while place is getting cleaned. Steps away from the beach, I stayed there by myself but the place can fit 4+ people comfortably. My favorite part was the balcony and the location which is much more calmer than South Beach. Highly recommend!

Visiting Miami with hubby for romantic trip and part work remote week. We could see the beach from our windows downstairs and upstairs! Great patio where we had our daily lunch.. Bike trail right outside the patio, great for getting to north beach or south beach. We used bike trail daily on our tandem bike which we rented right at the property. Very fun trip! Can’t wait to get back in the spring!

The place was amazing! The ocean is right at your feet.

The place was big enough for all the guest and the view was beautiful. Floor was not mopped and a lot of things were broken.
