Really fantastic condo in Palmetto Dunes resort - amenities abound - everything is bikeable - top tracer range - beach club - three golf courses. The neighborhood pool is quiet and lovely. The unit is comfortable and the owners are responsive. Highly recommend.

Such a nice place! We are looking to move to Sun City and wanted a place to stay while visiting. This place was very clean, nicely appointed and had a wonderful deck we spent our evenings on. Definitely recommend! The pool is very close although the weather was too cold this time of year.

Affordable and in great location. Host was responsive. Unit layout was a little odd with upstairs “bedroom” not having a lot of privacy. Received a parking citation even though we had a paid pass. Currently disputing the fine. Great view from balcony. Needs new linens, mattress, pillows and a deep clean. Couldn’t find tv remote for living room. It served its purpose and location was ideal.

Our place was absolutely gorgeous. So clean with great indoor decor and a beautiful outside view!!

I really enjoyed my stay for my weekend escape from work. I had originally planned on a fried coming down, but that didn’t happen so I got the pleasure of relaxing by myself. The balcony view was great and I spent most of my time there. Thank you for sharing you place with me! Mardel

Home was comfortable & kitchen was well stocked with everything needed & what we forgot! Also loved the porch for morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine. Grocery stories close by & lots of restaurants too. We plan on coming back to this lovely home.

Amazing stay. We opted to stay here for a wedding on HHI. Great central location, amazing property with community pool and beautiful deck area. We will definitely come back!

Nice and clean . Only downfall was the spiral staircase to the 2nd bedroom. Hard to get luggage up and down. Had a very good time.

We just spent the weekend and really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the location being close to the pool, bike path and the ocean. The property owners were very responsive whenever we reached out to them. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing get away.

My family and I vacation every summer at Hilton Head and this is by far the best condo we have stayed at in the St. Andrews Commons property. Minutes from the beaches, great community pool area, 5 minutes from Kroger, 18 minutes from the marina for fishing, and close to all the great restaurants. Easy check in/check out procedures were clear and easy. Denise the owner was amazing at communication and was always a message away. We needed a second parking permit and she took care of that for us immediately. This villa is a loft style, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, spacious living/dining room area, nice patio with electric grill, kitchen with everything you need ( we cook about every meal while we are here). I honestly don't think the pictures do the condo justice! It was perfect for my wife and I, and two children (ages 7 and 5). Things we really appreciated: Well stocked with board games for our 2 children (Ages 7/5) Tons of beach and pool toys provided for the children Well stocked kitchen with all the things you need Laundry room Couch in living room pulls out if needed Nice big windows for great views of the neighborhood We will definitely book again next summer here! Beautiful villa with great views of the pond and super easy access to everything from the beach to putt-putt to the grocery store. Cozy space and fully equipped for a fun beach trip with some friends! Definitely hope to go back!

Perfect location. Quiet and pool access close and not crazy busy. Ideal location and wonderful place for this family of 4 with 2 teens.

The property was lovely and accurately described in the listing. Communication with the property manager was helpful and prompt. The check in process was easy and efficient. The location was very nice, clean, comfortable accommodations, very closer to the pool. We did have a short drive to beach access. The property also offers a free shuttle to beach or bike rental.

Our family had a great summer vacation and really enjoyed this villa. Everyone enjoyed our patio view of the lagoon wild life: turtles, cranes, and an alligator! The Dunes Buggy shuttle service was fantastic for getting us to the Dunes House and beach. All the restaurants, mini putt-putt, and shops were close while at the same time not feeling right on top of us at all. The villa was clean and the decorations and furniture were all very nice. It did seem like there were a lot of house rules. Overall a very enjoyable location.

Overall great spot to stay while in Palmetto Dunes. I did like that it was easy to get into and out of the location and there was ample parking. The pool was right around the corner but there is plenty of room so as not to be bothered by noise.

Great property: very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the puzzles provided.

The villa is cozy, comfortable and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals. The location is quiet with easy access to the beach. Perfectly located, hidden away from all the hustle and bustle, but also conveniently located in the center of Hilton Head Island. The Villa was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. We especially liked the beach at Palmetto Dunes, We would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay. The instructions were great. I reached out to the owners with a few questions and received immediate responses. The condo was clean and very well equipped.

Great place to stay, near everything you want and need to enjoy your stay. Easy and fast communication with management.

We found the condo to be a great place for the two nights we were there. Lots of space in the living area and primary bedroom. I do wish there were more towels (particularly wash clothes…we were able to get the two from the upstairs bathroom to go along with the two in the downstairs bathroom. But, it seems a rental would provide enough for as many guests as it sleeps per nights of a booked stay).

First time to Hilton Head, however this was a wonderful experience, and the villa probably made the trip. Great area, excellent accomodations, very relaxing. My wife and I had a wonderful time and would definitely go back here again if we go back to the area!

The rental was relatively clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The rental was poorly supplied. For example, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and supplies of kitchen utensils were poor. The owner isn't trying very hard at making this unit suitable for renters. The owner’s instructions were poor regarding parking. We were only there for two nights, and the instructions seemed to indicate that no parking pass was needed for a stay of less than 48 hours. The entry gate was never manned, so we assumed no parking pass was needed, as it was not peak season. No problem the first night, and the parking lots were about 1/3 full at the condo complex. On the second night, our car was towed without warning. The towing fee was outrageous, plus Palmetto Dunes charged a three-figure fine to add insult to injury. The rental owner was absolutely no help in working with Palmetto Dunes. We have stayed at many VRBO properties over the years, and we have never given a one-star review before. We can say with confidence to not rent this unit, or any other unit at Palmetto Dunes.

Really enjoyed our stay. Place was wonderful and private. Great place to stay. Owners were great to deal with.
