We enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for our family and kids. There was plenty of space, pool toys in the outdoor box, basketball hoop, a couple of bikes, etc. It needed some maintenance while there (AC not working and a toilet fill valve broken) the property management team was incredibly quick and communicative to have it serviced with the issues fixed the same day. The house could use a few more pots and pans along with silverware. It was clean, well stocked with towels, linens, soap, and shampoos, perfect pool for the kids, great views onto the 7th hole of the Plantation golf course, surrounded by large trees for additional shade and in a decent location to get to various places easily. Most everything is about 10 minutes away: Coligny Beach, Harbour Town, Sea Pines Beach is even closer, but if you're not there before 8A, there's a good chance you'll have to park near the trolley pickup location (maybe 200-300 yards from the house) and ride it there, so super convenient, grocery stores (Publix and Harris Teeter) and some restaurants, are about 10 minutes back into town as well. Overall, we would definitely consider staying there again with family and friends.

Beautiful Home, Beautiful Location and Beautiful Neighborhood! Home is lovely and way bigger than we thought. Great stay for 2 families with young kids. Pool was great with a quick jaunt to the beach. Would stay again if we are back in HHI!

We loved the location of this home, because it was a short bike ride to both the beach and Harbortown—and even closer to coffee/bookstore! We opted to use boardwalk 45 every day, at the end of Lawton Drive, and it was much less busy than the beach at Sea Pines Beach Club. we rented a bike with a cart and hauled our stuff to and from the beach every day using the cart. it worked great for our two families. The house could use a few updates, but overall the beds were comfortable. The living space was large enough for two families, and the pool was really nice! we regretted that there was no option to heat the spa (only) during the summer. But overall we had a great trip and thought the house was a great value.

Very good location, nice house, we were 8 friends, too many king size beds in our case, but great stay!

The home was well laid out, but sterile and lacking warmth and decor. Nothing on the walls and mix-matching furniture. Patio and pool furniture was old and worn out. Hot tub jets did not work properly.

We loved all the room in this house for our two families!!
