Had a great time for our girls trip. The festival was wonderful and within walking distance. The penthouse was very nice location, clean for the most part. The only problems we had was the parking situation which we had no idea what to expect seeing that this was our first time down there. Maps doesnt show all the businsses around the area. And the toliets didnt want to flush.

We love to walk and this was a perfect location for that. Just about a mile to French Quarter. Condo was great. Communication was great. Stay here!

We've stayed at many properties and this was by far the nicest setup we've had! Myra was very responsive and easy to deal with; she kindly accommodated our schedules both coming and going, which was hugely helpful. They also had luggage lockers that locked with personal codes on the first floor which was very useful following check out and flight arrangements. The property was immaculate and wonderfully situated close enough to all New Orleans has to offer but far enough away to where we could sleep peacefully. It was walkable to much of town. Access was super easy. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen/living area was open and perfect for group activity. We would highly recommend this property.

Excellent apartment - beautifully decorated with all the comforts and modern appliances. Great location- close to everything. The management team is very good - Erika did a fantastic job assisting us during our stay. This is our second time and we will be back again!

This beautiful property made our first visit to New Orleans amazing! The location was perfect for getting around town without having to drive a lot. It was equipped with literally everything you need to have the comforts of a home away from home. Our host Erika was amazing! Her communication with us throughout the entire process was great. She even showed us to our property and allowed us to go ahead and check in a little earlier since our unit was ready. The lockers they offered to let us use until check in time were also very convenient and greatly appreciated. We definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit to New Orleans. You guys have definitely earned our business as repeat customers. If you’re looking for a convenient, luxurious, place to stay in New Orleans where you can retreat and safely relax after a long day of exploring everything New Orleans has to offer I definitely recommend splurging for the penthouse! Positives: The property was well appointed, very clean, and ideally located for us. Loading and unloading were easy. Our room was spacious and perfect for what we needed. There were plenty of excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. A nice market was a few blocks away. A minor problem with the air conditioning was addressed promptly by the staff and they followed up to make sure it was fully resolved. Negatives (slightly): The gym facility was fine though not all of the equipment was in working order. There's no onsite parking so you have to find it at one of the lots or garages in the area. All said, we would definitely stay at the property again.

This our second year staying for a Mardi Gras parade. Beds are always super comfy, clean, decorated beautifully, and never have issues with my allergies.

We have stayed in other units in this same building. We like the area being close to the Casino. This unit was nice, beds are super comfortable, living space is not perfect for watching tv, but comfortable.

Highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans! I booked a total of three apartments with New Orleans Luxury Rentals for my wedding preparations and it was the best experience I have had staying in a short term rental. The groomsmen ended up staying in The Esplanade and they loved the outdoor terrace area along with the large living space and kitchen to hangout while getting ready. The staff was very accommodating and helped throughout our entire stay.

We stay in rentals on almost every vacation, US and Europe. This apartment was exactly as advertised and included some of the nicest luxury touches we've had. The host answered any questions promptly and had great restaurant recommendations as well! Will definitely stay here again on future NOLA trips and recommend to others.
