Very nice. Clean lovely and great set up! Kids had a blast!

This is a sweet house stocked well with everything important and a close walk to everything. Home was clean especially bathrooms and kitchen. Very well organized and tons of provided kitchen goods. Even food and spices left over from other vacationers. The hot tub was ok. It doesn’t get very hot 103? And the temperature buttons are broken. It also smelled very mildewy so probably needs a solid cleaning. Other than that small issue, everything was cozy. Just a heads up, the water in the showers was fluctuating hot and cold somewhat. Not sure if that’s normal but it made it a little difficult to wash the little ones. Would be awesome if one of the showers had a hose attachment too but that’s just us asking for comfort. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Beautiful property- definitely coming back!

I'd never been to Seaside before and we wanted to make it special. The house was the cherry on top of the sundae, I immediately fell in love. Quiet neighborhood, easy walking distance of downtown & the house was prepared with anything we could've needed. We really appreciated the extra linens, full kitchen and of course, the hot tub. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can.

It was a great experience. The house was really nice and we enjoyed the layout of the house. The location was nice and quiet. We also loved the short walk to the beach and city center. My wife really like the puzzles that were provided!

It was a great house to stay in Close to the beach and shops ! Comfortable, beds are a little soft Pull out bed upstairs had blow up mattresses with no pump to blow up mattress, everything else great

This home was the perfect place to bring my elderly mother for a relaxing coastal retreat. The configuration of the floor plan lended itself perfectly with a first floor bedroom and full bath. There are some steps with no railing to the front door but easy to navigate. It was a delight to stay in this updated home with it’s modern conveniences yet old time feel. Cozy and comfortable!

Great location. Walking distance to beach and not too far from resteraunts and shopping. Ages were 12-17 for our kids and then us, we were all able to find things to occupy our time when we weren't relaxing.

The location was great & the house was charming. We especially enjoyed the covered hot tub for our 90 year old birthday 🥳 celebration 👍🏼

Stayed here for Spring Break...everything was perfect!! We had 3 adults and 2 kids, ages 5 and 8. Great hiding places in the house for hide and seek, everything we could possibly need to cook with, comfie beds and great location. I highly recommend staying here!

We loved this house. It had enough room for our family of four. The kids each had their own room. We loved the hot tub. It was very close to town and beach. We walked the boardwalk along the beach a few times.

Great home within walking distance to the beach and downtown area. Hot tub is a bit aged, but other than that I would come back!

Great location, clean and comfy!

I rented this cottage with some of my girlfriends for a 50th Birthday celebration for one of them. It was a lovely place to gather for some girl time, make meals together, hang out in the hot tub and spend time at Seaport and the beach. Everything was very clean and comfortable. They had all the necessary equipment in the kitchen for us to prepare meals. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The host was very responsive to any of our questions leading up to our stay and even while we were there. I highly recommend this house.

I really loved staying at The Sea Knoll in seaside. Really great location to enjoy everything seaside has to offer. Beach was only a block and a half away and wasn't around a lot of people. The only problem was the management communication with a sewer problem. Couldn't really enjoy the house, since we can only use the restroom once and a 5min shower, couldnt do laundry or load dishwasher, all of it ended up backing up to the downstairs bathroom. Since you need to "shower before you use the hot tub", couldnt use it until they fixed the issue, which took about 5 days to fix. I was not happy with how it was handle and wish Meredith Lodging could've cared about their guest enough to fix things in a timely matter. It is a very nice place, but for what i paid, it shouldn't have took all vacation to fix. Overall, as long as everything works, should be a nice, comfortable stay; otherwise, dont expect things to be fixed in a timely matter until after vacation is almost over.

We had a great time while at your property. The location was fantastic, the house was immaculate, and the beds were super comfortable.

It was easy to find. Everything about the house was wonderful. The bathrooms are gorgeous and well stocked with towels. We enjoyed using the hot tub every evening.

This property was decent for a family, however there are many steps into the house and the interior staircase to the 2nd floor bedrooms are narrow and steep so for those with mobility issues it may not be a good fit. The house was a decent location from shopping and the beach. The dining table was large to accommodate our group. The cleanliness was good overall, stained carpet and dust on surfaces/under beds. The backyard is weeds and not landscaped, but there is a large deck and hot tub. The only shower stall is quite small. The backyard was fenced which was good for our dog. The prior occupant left some dog excrement we picked up. There were raccoons on the back awning, roof of the house, and in the trees at night which was a bit concerning, but during the daytime the raccoons were not seen.Overall this was a good weekend for my family, but due to the small shower and steep staircase I may need to look elsewhere.

Short walk to beach quiet neighborhood

Would definitely stay again. Very clean and well-stocked. Distance from the beach was perfect. The house is cute and cozy, downstairs mattress was super comfortable. Many of the jets in the hot tub weren’t working, but it was still nice to soak. The fireplace was perfect too!

Just a few blocks from the beach. Perfect sunsets, nice beach. Nice home with a private hot tub and lower level bedroom. My husband and I very much enjoyed this property. It was great for our kids (4 and 10 yrs old) as well!

Lovely little beach bungalow, loaded with charm, very well kept, just a short stroll to the beach. Would love to return someday.

Would return to this beautiful house over and again!!
