This is a return stay for us. We love the convenient location and the bright, attractive living space, big enough to feel very comfortable for two--but even 3 or 4 could stay here easily with the two bedrooms. The deck and hot tub are wonderful and overlook a peaceful vineyard setting. This week we watched the stars from the deck and had several sightings of the Perseid meteor shower. We took advantage of the offerings in the area and have visited Westholme Tea, Zannatta Winery, and Merrivale Cidery. The highlight of our visit was The Raptors, an up close experience with many different kinds of these birds, including bald eagles, hawks, and vultures--just a few minutes down the road. All thoughtful touches and everything you need is here, whether you like to eat out, or if you want to prepare food at home--you can do it here with a well equipped kitchen. Clean, comfortable, and inviting. Thanks to our hosts for being inspired to share their scenic vineyard and making the Tractor Shed such a wonderful place to stay.

What a wonderful place. My family and I had a great stay (July 7-10). The Guest House comes as advertised. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Even the pull out bed was in good shape and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ worked great. Emandare Vineyard is a beautiful property. It's located just a few minutes outside of Duncan but feels like you're hours from town. The property is quiet and secluded (no neighbours within sight) and the view doesn't get better. We sat on the deck every morning with our coffee and simply enjoyed overlooking the rows of vines and the lake. In the evening it was a dip in the hot tub, a glass of wine and staring at the stars. The Guest House is great place to stay and relax.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful view from large kitchen window, comfy beds, lovely fireplace in livingroom, even books and dvd player. Even though the hot tub has broken down a day before we arrived, the hosts tried everything to fix it and even managed to get a tech on our first day who made it work. So our highlight def. was the hot tub with a glass of wine and stunning views of the vineyard and the lake.

Very comfortable bright and spacious accomodation. We took full advantage of the large deck with such a peaceful setting to view. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very warm as this scenic property receives a lot of sun. The owners are very attentive and caring and respectful of ones privacy. I was extremely happy with my stay at Emandare Vineyards in Duncan. The view was lovely, furniture was clean and the hot tub was an absolute pleasure to enjoy in the evening. Would definitely come back!

The vineyard is a beautiful setting to enjoy a restful retreat. The guesthouse is clean and tastefully designed with a modern country feel. A hot tub off of the master bedroom is the icing on the cake with this property. I would definitely return for another visit!

The Tractor Shed has an amazing view overlooking the vineyard and Cowichan Valley. There’s no better way to start your mornings then watching the sun rise over the mountains from the hot tub. The Tractor shed has everything you need to enjoy your stay and Mike & Robin are terrific hosts.

We were so thrilled to stay in this quiet and comfortable space. Not only was the property immaculate, but it was well decorated and thoughtfully furnished. We did not meet the property owners because we were so blissed out we only left these comfy digs a few times during our whirlwind stay. These hosts have thought of everything, and we so appreciated it!

The property is as described on VRBO. Location is rural yet close to everything. What VRBO does not talk about is how wonderful the host is. Mike was there to help at any time of the day and night to make our stay exactly as we wished. We ate out and also did some take out to eat at the property. Lots of comfortable places to do that. We played some card games which were in a basket in the living room. A nice touch.. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Perfect start to our day. Beautiful view of lake and vineyard. Beds were very comfortable. Body wash, shampoo provided high quality. We went into town and bought some to take home! All and all a perfect getaway and a super Host. We would not hesitate to recommend to friends . Thank you for a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was peaceful with a great view of the lake. Complementary eggs and a bottle of their rosé were really nice. We would definitely stay again.
