Price, and ???

Just getting what we pay for. There was only one electrical outlet in the room and already had a power cord with 3 appliances connected to it. The parking lot flooded during heavy, I was on a motorcycle. The advertised breakfast was coffee and little muffins. They had a waffle iron but didn't try it. There were only 2 tables available, the breakfast corner was 8" x 8" at best, very small.

The non-smoking room was clean with basic necessities and a newer shower. Bed was a little stiff. Base price was very good but the add-on fees and/ or taxes were EXCESSIVE. A $65/night room was actually $85/night out of my pocket. Hotels need to be transparent and not hide those type charges on their advertising - its CLEARLY deceptive. pricing, but this is industry-wide, not just this hotel.

I feel that it needs to be upgraded, remodeled It’s old, the floors be real dirty, the walls is dirty.

Staff is rude and unfriendly, place is run down and not clean. First 2 nights were $50 then when I asked for a stayover for 3rd night the desk clerk price gouged charging me 89.00. She knew I was in a bind and took advantage of my situation by charging me almost $40 more for the same room. Much better places to stay for cheaper

Hot tub

Television didn't work well. Hot tub was dirty. Floors were dirty, building smelled like mildew. Refrigerator was broken.

We liked the hotel owners, they are kind and cordial. However, the housekeepers are a bit brash and rude. The husband likes to raise his voice. It's a couple that do t even clean the rooms as supposed to. The room always smells like a dirty wet mop after cleaning. We surely do a much better job cleaning our own room. Other than that the place is nice and as stated before the owners are as good as it gets.

it wasn’t clean properly we were finding bugs and blonde hair on our clothes and then linen on bed and neither one of us has blonde hair.The staff was very rude.

The owner made it so that if you booked online, you wouldn't get charged. That it was done in case something unexpected happened, the customer could receive their money back. However, it comes across as a veiled excuse to garner more money when you notice that a reservation is 30-40 percent cheaper online.

Bathroom definitely needed upgrades and breakfast wasn't worth it. Property needs updating too.
