The bed was super comfortable. After an 800 mile drive I just collapsed into slumber once I laid on that bed. Soooo luxurious!

This trip was partial anniversary partial mental reset. We spent 4 days doing nothing and loving every moment. The indoor pool and hot made the trip. We spent a lot time there.

Great hot tub and small pool! We booked it just for the hot tub, it was very hot and had great jets, loved it! Spent only 1 night but got in the hot tub 4-5 times!!!

COCKROACHES are in this hotel! After arriving after 1:00 AM following many travel delays, the first-floor room we were given smelled musty then a COCKROACH crawled across the floor. We moved to another room on another floor as it was too late to go to another hotel. The next morning I reached out to Hotels.com to get a refund and was under the impression that night would be refunded and the next day would be cancelled without charges. I received a refund for the second night which was canceled, but the hotel refused to refund the first night despite the cause of the problem being cockroaches in THEIR hotel. Hotels.com tried to get the first night refunded, but the owner/manager repeatedly refused and stated per their policy "Should you change or cancel this reservation for any reason, your payment will not be refunded." That policy shouldn't apply when the hotel is at fault. We had a very NICE stay at SpringHill Suites Savannah Richmond Hill. Stay there instead!!! It's immaculate and worth the price!

Really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, great restaurant on site. Breakfast was delicious. We will be back!

This hotel was not my fave. The rooms are outdated. Ceiling lights were flourescent lights you’d find in an office building. Felt sterile. Breakfast is done at 9 am so we missed that. Staff friendly. Pet friendly thou!

Nothing special, had to cancel original reservation due to hurricane Milton in FLA. Original trip was return from FLA. a week later, rescheduled turn around back home. Cancellation of first trip was done and approved for refund. Second reservation was made without issues on my phone app. Will see when I get home and review my "E" mails to make sure everything adds up.

Stopped in on the back end of the vacation. Better breakfast choices. Joke allowing dogs in the hotel though and having the game room on the third floor kept me up half the night.

Lady at counter lied to us during the hurricane. She said she canceled our room and there would be no charges. She did this because there was no power, internet, staff, etc., but they still charged me for the room.

This place was beyond 5 stars they have renovations going on now for there there rooms. I stayed in one and it was magnificent.
