The room and breakfast was great.

A hurricane knocked out the electricity and we had to carry our luggage down from the third floor. That also knocked out breakfast.

Breakfast wasn’t bad

Black mold on the bathroom ceiling , room and bathroom poorly cleaned.

Great staff clean property.

Miss Dee went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday weekend special at breakfast. So extremely grateful for her and her beautiful smile. Also the sheets were so soft!

The Staff was very accommodating on all shifts.

Wish the pool water was a little heated. Water was cold. Also, wish that hotel had a Hot Tub/Spa.

The size of the room was excellent, the breakfast was amazing… we don’t eat pork and there was plenty of other meat choices! Thanks

The elevators. ( both ) smelled like stink ass from all the dogs, I’m all for accommodating people with their pets but not at the expense of the humans in the hotel without pets! The bathrooms are too small when traveling with family. People traveling with animals should be on the bottom floor of hotels in one hallway…. Remember some people are afraid of dogs. Something to consider 😁

The beds were clean and it took no time at all the get the room warm. The kitchen was very clean and had everything I needed to keep my family comfortable.

The carpets were dirty. The buttom of my socks went brown from walking on the carpet and it made the room smell like a gym locker.

Very quiet and comfortable.
