Great location, we were lucky to find one of the few free parking spots outside the door, easy checkin and out. Friendly staff. Paid extra for the spa. Very luxurious . Loved it. Rooms are lovely and clean. We had to leave for a flight at 4::15 and there was coffee machine and mini croissants at the entrance which was a lovely touch for people who leave early.

Good location . Staff very friendly and helpful . Very comfortable rooms and the spa was lovely. Would recommend this hotel to families . Close to all the major sites and pick up for trips very close by.

There was some building work going on right in front of our room, although not too bothersome.

Everything.. From the moment we set foot, everything was as expected. Excellent location, easy parking in the area nearby, friendly staff, very clean room, sumptuous breakfast.

Breakfast - always the same and quality could be improved

Hotel is new, modern, clean and nicely located with an easy walk to restaurants and attractions. The front desk staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and efficient. they also accommodated us with an early check in. Breakfast was very nice - lots of variety.

There was construction around the hotel that I suppose the hotel cannot do anything about. We were able to move rooms which was nice.

Grandi was perfect for us. We knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel much and wanted to fit in as much to our break as possible. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is lovely and the staff were all really helpful. We had to leave early before breakfast started so there is an option for croissants and hot drinks in the reception area, would have liked a little more choice then. The location was perfect for us, about a 10 minute walk into town and super close to Flyover and the sea wall/harbour area to see the northern lights!

More selection at early breakfast would have been good.

Breakfast! Not enough choice, needs a bigger space to display food to avoid too many people hovering over food. Get rid of spreadable caviar cream cheese & fish oil that are novelties! No one eats them! A better selection of breads, cereals & hot food would be better. Maybe even offer eggs to order rather than the awful scrambled eggs that were going dry. Had to ask for plates, cutlery, bacon…. All while apple juice that wasn’t even half empty was being replenished. Better staff training perhaps.

The hotel was amazing, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful. The service was exceptional, room was high standard, bathroom and amenities excellent.

Duvets could be bigger. A little further away from the centre but nothing major. Only really an issue when it’s snowed hard.

Great location within walking distance of everything you need and the number 15 bus stop. A few supermarkets that are less than a 5 minute walk away which is handy. Really nice vibe in the lobby area, very warm and cozy. Room was spacious and warm with everything you'd need.

Upon arrival we had to wait a while at reception to check in as there was only one staff member on and the queue got pretty big. We then got to the room and was pleasantly surprised on first impressions but shortly after we noticed our stuff was soaking wet in the corner of the room. The entire corner carpet and furniture was drenched and we saw that a pipe was leaking from the ceiling. We called down to reception and someone came up straight away and told us that we couldn't stay in the room and we would be moved. We were given no apology for our wet clothes, offered no solution to this and then a lady came to our room to give us a drinks voucher for 2 drinks. This didn't seem adequate considering our belongings were drenched and had excursions booked for the following morning, we also had to pack all of our stuff and move at 11pm. It wasn't the best start to our trip that was for my wife's 30th the following day. We weren't going to let this dampen our trip but we were also disappointed by the breakfast variety and service. There is no santiser in the breakfast for guests but we spotted a dispenser on the wall near the food, so we began to use this but were told off by a member of staff and told to use the bathroom if we wanted to wash our hands. Not what we expected with COVID back on the rise and everyone coughing at breakfast. We heard multiple people complain about this. Hot food is also not very hot at all, so be prepared for that and it doesn't matter what time you go down it's barely luke warm. Also, on our first morning we wanted to take some of the doughnuts with us for our 12 hour excursion but were told by a member of staff we couldn't and we would have to pay. This seemed really excessive and after this we were watched like hawks every morning at breakfast which was ridiculous. We have never stayed in a hotel were you cannot take stuff out of the buffet, it had a slight prison feel to it - without being too dramatic!

Staff, Restaurant, room

Le personnel était très professionnel, accueillant et serviable. L'hôtel est très agréable, bien situé et facile d'accès. J'ai apprécié le calme de la chambre et des couloirs, mais aussi du lounge confortable au rez-de-chaussée, avec des jeux et une cheminée.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionel mais correct. Un petit bémol, le placement des clients lors du petit déjeuner rend ce moment peu propice au calme, car les clients sont tous, plus ou moins, assis dans la même zone.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. The location was close to the phallogical museum and a place where you could play dart games called skör which was fun. A lot of good restaurants around the harbor and close to the maritime museum as well. It was very convenient to be able to book our bus tickets and tours at the Reception in case we wanted to book a tour last minute.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. Hotel beautiful.

De não terem avisado que ia me frustrar por me colocarem em um quarto com a vista 100% para uma obra, acho que seria justo avisar o hóspede antes e assim teríamos a opção de escolher ficar com uma vista horrorosa de uma obra e barulhos imensos que começam as 8 da manhã .

Die Lage vom Hotel ist prima. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Personal ist nett.

Die Aufteilung des Zimmers erlaubt keine Privatsphäre. Vor allem Toiletten Gänge führen zu unangenehmen Situationen. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hotels soll Industrie Design verkörpern, trotzdem erkennt Man überall die ursprüngliche Funktion als Fabrikhalle. Es wirkt eher als Übergangslösung. Das Frühstück war ok, aber 5 Tage lang immer das gleiche bei relativ beschränkter Auswahl war dann doch frustrierend.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location with plentiful free parking nearby for rental cars. Friendly staff, quick check in, free decent breakfast and quiet room (Although, there is construction nearby so perhaps not so quiet during the day?)

Really nitpicking as the hotel was a great choice - could've done with a better positioned set of sockets by the bed and water bottles in the room to take out with you.

Great Location, staff were great and always happy to sort taxi's for your excursions. Would definitely recommend !
