Belinda was a great host! She allowed us to check in early to get ready for an event on base, it was so helpful. The house was perfect for what we needed and was exactly as described on the website.

My husband, daughter and mother stayed at The Gathering Place this past week in order to be able to attend my son’s Turning Green and Graduation ceremonies from his Basic Training at Fort Benning. The location was perfect. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the base. There are numerous restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house was perfect for our stay. We all slept great in our own rooms. The house is exactly as described. Everything was neat and clean and the Wi-Fi supported all our needs. This place made our experience even better, when all we wanted to do was see our new Soldier. 10/10 rating and would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area. We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host was wonderful. She gave great instructions and was responsive to all communications. The beds were really comfortable and the house was spotless clean. Nice neighborhood. We felt at home while we were there to attend my son’s graduation at Ft Moore. The location was perfect, real close to the Army Base and to downtown Columbus. I appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Great trip and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed with another couple for a weekend. Property was clean with plenty of towels and just the right kitchen essentials along with some extras - we were grateful for the bottled water, butter, pancake mix, syrup, coffee, etc that got us through the first couple of days. Great location and comfy living quarters. We enjoyed our stay!

Property was excellent for children with pet and dust allergies.

This was the perfect home away from home while we were in Georgia for my son's graduation from basic training. We had everything we needed plus some! Will likely return for my son graduation from AIT next year!

Belinda was wonderful. She adjusted to all of the additions I had at the last minute. The house was clean and relaxing. Excellent choice for watching my sons graduation from Ranger school.

We flew in from Germany with our relatively large family to attend our daughter's turning blue and graduation ceremonies at Fort Benning and this house was perfect, and certainly much more comfortable and affordable than having three or four rooms at a hotel. I don't foresee returning to the Columbus, GA vicinity in the future, but if we were I'd not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Craig and Belinda!

We came for our son’s Army graduation and had such a perfect time at this location! Wonderful place to stay, close to the base so we could relax at the house with family! Great communication from the owner! We DEFINITELY would recommend staying here!

The home is a good size, well stocked and very clean. The beds are very soft and the couch comfortable. We spent most of our time at the kitchen table playing games and enjoying each other's company. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Belinda texted the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a very nice trip.

Spotless, cozy, private - outstanding.

This home is perfect. Excellent location. Minutes from fast food restaurants and couple more minutes to some nice sit down restaurants. Also 10-15 minute drive to Ft.Benning. This house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need.

I throughly enjoyed myself at the gathering place. It was a place where my family and I were able to relax and enjoy the comforts of home. We would definitely choose the gathering place again.

The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions and the home even had a decorated Chrsitmas tree which was a nice festive touch.
