Nice house,big enough for 9 of us and in a great location.Check in to get parking passes the text the address but left out one name of the street and that caused problems.The house is definitely dated and half the door knobs on bathrooms were loose,just needed to be tightened with a screwdriver but that was not our job.Only gave us 1 garbage bag for 9 people for 4 days and when I asked for more 2 we’re dropped off ,when I needed more it took over a day to get 2 more.I don’t like to complain but the kitchen had nothing,no coffee filters no salt and pepper and even no oven mits.It was a nice place but really got the feeling they are just going through the motions and not trying too hard.

This condo served its purpose for a group of friends down for the Hilton Head Half Marathon. However, it is in desperate need of repair and updating. The condo was also not very clean and doesn't seem to be on a consistent deep clean schedule. Which made it seem even more dated.

POSITIVES - very spacious, beds were comfortable, reasonably priced, convenient location - close proximity to restaurants, beach and shopping. NEGATIVES - carpet is worn and stained, one of the upstairs tubs was clogged, furniture is worn and dated, cookware in kitchen is soiled, grimey and scratched (if you plan to cook, don't), most of the cookware really should be discarded, kitchen faucet damaged/hangs loose. OVERALL: Needs new carpeting and TLC in kitchen.

The unit was clean even though some furnishings are a bit dated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with ample bedroom and bathroom space!

This property suites our needs of 4 bedrooms and each had their own full bath, plus one extra full bath on the main floor. Nice outside deck and grill looking over the golf course. Each room also had their own private deck. Community pool was nice to use too. Some updates are needed in the unit, or it would have been a 5.

The checkin process was inconvenient for the VRBO, the checkin location was a bit far away each car had to repeat the process (which this part is understandable). The place was a bit musty in some of the bedrooms. Cleaning crew came too early and started cleaning parts of the VRBO even before the designated 10:00 am checkout. It’s a little sketch that they would be starting to clean before everyone left for the 10:00 am checkout.

My children are all grown adults. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Clean and roomy.

We loved the location and how easy it was to get there. It was great having 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We used the BBQ everynight. The pool is close by and not crowded and clean. There was plenty of parking.

The walk is a little long, but possible to the beach. Really quick on a bike. Not the most updated facility, but had everything needed and exceeded expectations for the price.

We left our stay early because of the roaches. Huge palmetto bugs. Nobody wanted to go to sleep at night.

When we got there we couldn’t find the email stating the instructions for check-in and had to call the emergency hotline. No one ever called us back. We finally found the email in our spam folder. When we got to the home it was filthy. We found hairs in several spots of the home, our tub upstairs would fill up with water while showering and the curtain liner was filthy. We found a pain pill laying in our little girls room that they were going to be sleeping in. If one of them had taken it, they could have gotten seriously hurt. The kitchen was filthy, coffee maker was full of coffee grounds, silverware was filthy and had to be cleaned before use. Every morning we were awoken at 5:30am by loud construction outside our home and it would go on for hours. Had an awful experience.

Rented for a long weekend with friends to attend the Hilton Head Half Marathon. This place suited all our needs for a group of 6 people. Will definitely stay here again.

Played all three course RTJ, (best) Arthur Hills and George Fazio (the lil brother course)we loved being right on the 18th fairway!

Bathrooms outdated, showers made a loud knocking sound, downstairs carpet needs replacing.

We love the convenience and proximity to golf and the beach and pool. The flooring, A/C, bathrooms are in much needed updating.
