اللوبي صغير جدا ولايوحي لك ان داخل فندق الشقة عادية جدا لايغركم التصوير السعر مبالغ فيه مقابل الشقة اصوات وازعاج من المباني المجاورة الوافاي تعبان

The accommodations was more than we expected! The view it was our favorite, every room with a beautiful view, the kitchen had everything we needed, the living room perfect for all of us. We loved it!

The location was good and the apartment was very spacious

Flat 1703 had a horrible smell, like a very damp wet smell, and when we complained to the reception, they said they couldn’t change your apartment. And they tried and added a diffuser; however, that didn’t help.

Actually,I surprised from the hospitality and cooperation and very high communication with my family and my children, from the beginning we meet Viktoria and she succeed to make a very good impression to my family and the communication and caring still the same until the end . Sure we will come again and again. Thank you Viktoria and thank you all the stuff.

I like how warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful the staff are.. especially Jans, Emmanuel, Niraj and Sagor. They are proactive and really provide the things you requested whenever it's possible. They are courteous and kind..

Perfect views from the apartment. Really good size and plenty of space.

The furniture in the apartment was really dated and some of it very worn out. The pool is really small and can get crowded easily.

The location of the apartment was good and close to the marina. The apartment was of good size and felt very spacious.

The room service of the apartment was not very great. Often attending at very odd times and not fully stocking the amenities despite repeated reminders.

The place is clean and spacious, making you feel comfortable, with a wonderful view of the marina. The cleaning staff, SAMMY, RUVIL, and JOSEPH, smile and do their work perfectly.

The refrigerator was not working well and was not cooling, the microwave was not clean and was contaminating food, the washing machine was very old and was not working and I had submitted more than one complaint to fix it, there was no toaster for toasting bread.

Location., clearance, staffs... Everything was wonderful and greatl.

Good location

House cleaning not on time, despite promises to clean at 10 am. Shameful is that the deposit of 540 AED until now 2 weeks later is not returned despite promises. The front office staff is doing a bad job in explaining the check out process and taking and returning the deposit. This is not Dusit quality, you have to beg for your deposit.

الاثاث قديم ويحتاج تجديد وتصريف الماء غير جيد في دورات المياه

المبنى والاثاث قديم وقذر ومتهالك وكان السرير غير مريح، كانت اقامة سيئة وخدمة تنظيف الغرف اتت للتنظيف الساعة 8 بالليل وهذا غير مقبول، انارة غرفة النوم لم يوجد لها مغتاح، كانت طول الوقت شغاله، بشكل عام لن اعود له مرة اخرى ولا انصح به

Good views & the housekeeping was good, it had everything we needed for a few days, we got a baby cot too which was helpful!

We booked a small apartment but they had none left so tried to make us move the next day luckily we didn’t have too which was good! There could of been more utensils.

موظف استقبال لم يقم بمساعدتي في توفير ترولي لنقل الشنط من السيارة إلى الغرفة قمت بنقلها بمفردي وكان العذر الذي قال بانه لا يتوفر ترولي الان وفندق مثل فندقكم الموظف قال بانه لايوجد إلا عدد ٢ ترولي لنقل الاغراض فقط

A fost minunat! Locația ne-a depășit toate așteptările. Este amplasat excelent, aproape de supermarket, de mall, stații de autobuz, parc. Priveliștea e de vis. Curățenie exemplară.

Vazamento no banheiro da suíte, indo água constante te para o quarto e não foi arrumado durante o período da estadia, solicitado diariamente a manutenção, até foram, porém o problema não foi solucionado.
