The property was not well maintained. The refrigerator had rust and mold on the outside. There was a musty smell coming from the vents. The ceiling looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. The knob on the patio door was rusted. All in all I was very disappointed with this property for the price we paid. I took pictures of everything. Totally disappointed.

Nice place for the price. Came with a washer& dryer & small kitchen. Also came with a small private patio too.

Over all the place was good. Great location, easy access to everything in town and just steps the the beach. From previous reviews the stairs were new and had been replaced, the area is nice, clean and well kept. We love Port A and go 1 or 2x a year for the past several years. However I dont know if I would stay here again. It would be really easy to turn this place from ok, to really nice. The bed is old, squeaky and you can feel the springs. The pull out bed on the couch is just how you think it would be really thin and awful. After the first night the kids asked us to fold the bed back up and they would rather just sleep on the couch. The 2nd thing is the shower, if you are over5 ft tall the shower head is too short for you. For me being 6ft, and my husband 6.5 it was rather difficult for us to shower. A new shower head would do wonders. The last and biggest issue i had was the place was just dirty. It needed a good scrubbing. Who ever is doing their housekeeping is not great. Layers of dust on the microwave, baseboards, the walls around the trash can had all sorts of gunk, the inside of the toilet doesn't look like its been cleaned, piles of sand all over the floor in the corners etc. Now the surface of the place was ok, like they wiped the counters and stuff, not gonna lie I washed the sheets before we slept on them. There was old dirty sheets on the pull out couch mattress, and there was dirty laundry in the hamper next to the washer that was there when we arrived. Now we did check in early, but they told us the place was ready. Perhaps we should have given them more time to finish cleaning it. Some of the other reviews talk about how outdated it is, that doesn't bother me heck its about the same appliances and fixtures as my own home, but in this day and age I dont want to be around someone else's filth. Perhaps we caught them on an off day. It happens. The place has lots of potential. Just a few tweaks it would be an awesome vacation place

This is a nice condo for a couple or a couple of friends to share for a weekend or short stay. Great location with a couple minute walk to the beach.

Property was very clean and spacious

There is no elevator, the sofa mattress was very uncomfortable, need an update. The pillows smelled like sweat, I would recommend to put an air freshener, we didn’t like the smell when we walk in, smelled like mold. Other than that we had a good time, the location is close to everything in the island. Melissa was very helpful.

My husband surprised me with a weekend away for my birthday. Checkin process was super quick and effortless. Location was great, 5 min walk to get to the beach, if that. Area was quiet and perfect for a quick weekend away. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends

Love the short walk to the beach! Made some suggestions for some simple amenities to add and owners agreed and made changes. Perfect spot for my husband and me to get away!

Easy to make arrangements and move into the site. Clean, nicely furnished lodgings in nice neighborhood. Management was friendly and took care of our needs.

First is not enough parking. The condo had a horrible smell. Outdated condo appliances no hot water in the shower. Shower wasn’t cleaned Walls full with mildew and nasty shower liner. Dirty air filter also. I don’t recommend this place unless it’s your last resort. I guess we paid for what we got

1. tub enclosure was riddled with black mold and mildew (disgusting). 2. stairs to this upstairs unit were hazardous- riser height at two locations (first step and last step) either too low or too high. this is a bldg code violation and facilitates tripping and falling. 3. interior lighting was inadequate. not enough light fixtures. the only rooms where one could comfortably read a book, newpaper, etc were the bathroom and kitchen. 4. the door to the terrace was missing the deadbolt lock leaving a large 2" hole in the door. i do not recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay in PA. The Rental property people were very friendly. The place was clean and they answered right away if you had a problem. I would stay there again.

This is a small place without small amenities like toilet paper and beach towels. It is a clean place, but we probably won’t stay here again.

The condo was great. A few problems: The hot water does not get hot. It barely gets warm. The locks on the doors need WD40 or something. I had a difficult time with the bottom lock on the front door, and could basically not even get the door to the balcony opened. I did once, and never tried again. So I wasn't able to sit out on the balcony. Coming up the stairs, the top step is higher than all the others. I fell and bruised up my body pretty good! I did report it to the manager, and suggested it should be painted yellow so people would possibly pay a little more attention to it. And I have to say that by the time I left, it was painted yellow. The complex was quiet and clean. The area was nice. Walk to the beach.

This place was great location and property for a trip for 2. It’s nothing special but served its purpose. One thing to note is that the list of items emailed to you that you “may” want to bring means you need to bring them if you want them. I misunderstood what self catering meant and we just had a roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. Everything else you need to bring yourself which meant a trip to the store for us. Also you can see the ocean from your patio which was cool. Overall I would stay again and just remember to bring my own items.

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for a quick beach vacation in May. The kids slept great on the pull out couch, and we slept great on the king bed. The DVD player didn't work, but that was fine - we were at the beach basically all day! We had an issue with the toilet while we stayed, but Michelle sent someone to fix it ASAP. The check-in process was a little extra work, but I understand why, since it's a condo. Michelle had a good welcome packet with info when we got our keys. Overall, GREAT little condo just a few minutes walk from the beach. We loved it! Thanks Michelle!

The cozy condo was perfect for our family of four. It’s close to the beach, just a short walk over the boardwalk. It was clean for the most part, the bathtub area smelled a bit like mildew, but overall was a great stay!!

The area was great but the actual condo was a little worn down. The bathroom needs a remodel

My husband and I stayed here for our 10th anniversary. We loved the location, privacy and accessibility to the beach. The only thing is that I didnt know we had to bring our own toiletries. But nothing a quick run to the store couldnt solve. It was clean and had great amenities. My husband and I will definitely stay here again! Also was super easy and quick to speak with Melissa. She was super helpful and even let us add on an extra day without any hassle! Thanks again Melissa, we will be back for sure(:

The property was as described. Had everything we needed. Not too far of a walk to the beach. Contact with the property manager was great. We had a great time.
