Drawers had mess in them like tobacco and stuff and for non smoker wasn’t nice

This is a fraud booking apartment. We had booked it. Just before going here, they will tell you that there is no gas, no electricity, so you can book another hotel room. Then they will get us a room in some other local hotel room. This is their regular program.

The apartment was very clean beds were so comfortable everything you needed for a good stay

There wasn't anything we did not like

We didn't have breakfast at the apartment. we came with our food to the location. But overall, it is a good apartment that I wouldn't mind revisiting whenever I return to Newcastle.

I like the apartment but there wasn't enough soap in the apartment, in kitchen and inside the bathroom. It could be an oversight but effort should be made to always put it place.

Nothing..this place was abomination. There was party's in the apartments above,then they started wrecking the place,arguing broke out and fighting started.

Well equipped, comfortable and very reasonably priced. The apartment owner even put drink in the fridge for us, for a very small fee, to help start our trip as well as a late checkout which was very much appreciated (and needed after a night on the Toon! ) We will deffo use them again

The smell of drugs is the first thing that hits you when you open the door. The toilet wasn't clean, the shower screen hadn't been cleaned and I had to buy fly spray for the lounge.

location is very good, 2 mins walk from ASDA.

Easy access to most of the places. Near to city centre. Very good for big group.

It was like very bad student accommodation in a really bad area.

The self catering, I suggest provision of a blender as well for guest

The room window wasn't well closed making room VERY COLD, the room wasn't cleaned with dust observed on all floors, noise from top floor makes it difficult for my children to sleep

absolutely nothing. the whole place was disgusting, dirty and uninhabitable

I don’t even know how to cover it all. the mattresses were stained and had no padding on at all, completely unsuitable for sleeping on. the sheets were dirty and contained pubic hair. the walls had stains running down them. the kitchen had stains on the cupboards and a rusty dirty cooker top. the floor was so dirty my toddlers feet were black from being inside for 5 minutes. the location was terrible, one of the worst possible areas of town. parking almost none existent and I wouldn’t be surprised if the car and/or it’s contents were missing in the morning. the property manager/owner was rude and denied all knowledge of the place being revolting even when I sent pictures. we had to go and book somewhere else to stay. the travel lodge we ended up at was only £20 a night more than this place and included two clean en-suite rooms and breakfast for 5 people. I wouldn’t let a dog sleep there let alone a human being.

Good value but a few words to improve things..1) needs abit TLC..Rooms are lovely and big but need touching up..2..Tv no signal..3..better to charge a few pounds more and have a dishwasher..The staff are very nice and helpful a credit..

Lovely spot close to the city centre. Clean and spacious, perfect for our needs

It's at the top of a hill but that makes for great views and worth the climb

Absolutely poor cleanliness holes in ceilings thick hairs in kitchen sink stains on walls just standards were poor if it had not been for friends making the atmosphere would have rated it as worse than faulty towers Not enough cups crumbs in microwave pictures on adverts definitely don't tell the true story
