location is good, owner is nice and very accomodating, clean and comfy, big TV

we were not able to use much of the pool since we were able to go down around 4 or 5pm, 3 guests are free and payment is per day for additional person

Exhaust fan sounds like a blender, air-con sounds like a chopper, toilet spray seems like a fireman's hose and lastly shower spray was broken. insects are everywhere though there's insect spray it wasn't working. Crawling cockroaches are still everywhere! DISGUSTING!!!

I love the TV in front of the comfy bed. Almost complete kitchen appliances. Love it!

I didn't like the pest in the room. My companion and I were both awaken by a cockroach crawling on us on two different nights. Cockroach everywhere, "fortunately" we didn't encounter an adult roach. phew. My suggestion is to use roach killer powder over pesticide spray. Also, the exhaust fan in the toilet needs repair as it creates noise that it should not make.

The location was good, twas located near big establishments. The room was also very comfy and it had everything we needed. Also, the owner was also very friendly and approachable. Thank you for accommodating us, Ms Josephine!

I like the swimming pool and tv, staff were so Accommodating, location is accessible to lot of fast foods and convenience store, nice roof deck, location not bad., The owner of the condo, were so responsive to us regarding our needs, at the beginning there was a misunderstanding but it resolved and agreed both parties.

I dont like the water in the pool it was not heated, need to vacuum the pool regularly, need improvement in cleanliness, room smell, lobby needs improvement,I the elevator seems not stable its shaky!

The place was VERY dirty dishes was not pack away the bedding was not changed every thing is dirty

Clean, affordable, accessible to resto and malls. The host can be contacted anytime, he's very accommodating.
