Not recommend

Got a lot cockroach.. Need to do pest control. Inside toilet dont clean still got use razor. Use soap. Ask to change towel but non of your staff want to do it.. Waiting at reception long time no staff at all.. And my booking they keep on cancel it. And it cost me money for booking. Take responsibility.

We checked out at 1am because the room has a lot of cockroaches. We have 8 months baby and when we request for refund, the staff said there is no refund because cockroaches are always there. Even in kettle has cockroaches. How is it possible this hotel allow to operate and allow to be in booking.com platform

The booking was Confirmed earlier and cancelled without any notification. Very dissspointed.

There are a lot of small cockroaches in the room. The TV is not working properly.

the management of the hotel is extremely keen to not gv back the initial deposit money collected from each room. each room is charge extra rm100 for security deposit. silly reasons were given, such as small hairline crack on access card, to retain our deposit entirely. rooms are infested with cockroaches. reported to management ppl but simply say thr is no other replacement room.

There were cockroaches everywhere. They first gave us a room where the bed wasn't made and there were stains everywhere. On a closer look it was literally infested with cockroaches all over the bed. The second room they gave us was "cleaner" with cockroaches on the floor instead of the bed. Hotels offering the same price are 10x better.

No noisy sound, near to restaurant mamak and laundry 24hours

Cockroach every where in the room even after i change my room, i have to buy redsect to spray them, the receptionist were rude to other cust, the sink of the toilet is always in bad hygiene, the glass is dirty, bring your toothbrush and colgate only syampoo and shower given, bring hairdryer too
