The ACs were terrible, very old and made a lot of noise. It was not possible to sleep comfortably.

Cleanliness and big rooms

Requested for quite room but we can listen every noise from neghbours room and corridor Manager or supervisior was mannerless and rude He didnt bother to listen the complaint

Really the room size was amazing and perfect apartment.

The cleaning procedure which they set as after 3-days of stay. As per my opinion, they need to contact us frequently to know all are available and keep refilling the items. Here my situation was to keep calling them which was really disappointing part. Also, the location set by booking.com is totally wrong. Pls. correct it and please provide English name in app for identification.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the property, primarily due to its excellent location in the heart of the city. It offered convenient access to various food stalls, coffee shops, and malls, all within a short walking distance. The front desk staff, consisting of Saudi Arabian women, warmly welcomed us and made an effort to communicate with us in English to assist with our needs. It was interesting to observe the local tradition of being asked to check the room before moving in, although we were not accustomed to this practice and simply settled in without any concerns.

While I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon: Location accuracy and communication: The hotel should ensure accurate information on booking platforms to avoid confusion and provide clear directions. Communication with the front desk staff was necessary to obtain the correct location. Behavior of staff member: There was a specific staff member who displayed some reluctance and provided subpar service, which may need improvement to maintain guest satisfaction. Room condition and amenities: The room had a cigarette smell and could have been cleaner. Lack of coffee, sugar, and limited accessibility to sockets for charging devices were notable issues. However, carrying backup battery packs proved to be beneficial. Despite these areas for improvement, the overall stay at the hotel was satisfactory.

the location mentioned in booking.com. was not accurate and the staff was not cooperating to share location via Whatsapp.

The conditions of the place is nice

there are no any parking available its so hard to park around the facility
