Deuren hingen wat, waardoor die wat schuurde over de vloer.

Die Unterkunft ist mitten in der Innenstadt. Man kann fußläufig sehr viele Orte erreichen. Shoppen kann man wunderbar.
Die Einrichtung war dem, auf den Fotos ähnlich. Jedoch alles kaputt, wie Herd, Sofas, Ofen.. Bettwäsche war nicht gewechselt und hat gestunken. Der Fußboden war dreckig! Wir sind zwar in Hausschuhen gelaufen, jedoch waren diese am Ende des Tages schwarz. Das Heizen durch die Klimaanlage war mäßig. Der Kundenservice durch die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter war katastrophal. Man versprach beim abholen der Schlüssel, man könne sich bei allem melden, sie würden sofort nach einer Lösung suchen und uns helfen.. Na klar! Seit Ankunft haben wir mehrere Sachen bemängelt, haben nach Hilfe verlangt und wurde mit einem ja wir kümmern uns gleich drum und kommen rüber vertröstet. Mehrere Stunden haben wir gewartet, mehrmals geschrieben. Nach 21 Uhr (Rezeptionszeit zu ende) haben wir weder eine Rückmeldung noch einen Nesuch von den Herrschaften bekommen. Zufällig haben wir mitbekommen, dass unser Nachbar Apartment ebenfalls unzufrieden war und sich bereist eine neue Bleibe gesucht hat. Auch diese warteten bereits mehr als den halben Tag auf Hilfe. Diese verbachten die Nacht in einem anderen Hotel (wir fanden leider über die Silvesternacht, keine andere Unterkunft mehr) und kamen am nächsten Nachmittag wieder zurück um auszuchecken. Jedoch war das Apartment bereits komplett leergeräumt! Seitens der Mitarbeiter. Private Tadchen, Klamotten, Geschenke waren alle weg.
Nie wieder!!! SPART EUCH DAS GELD UND INVESTIERT ES FÜR ETWAS SINVOLLES!!

Goede lokatie
Vies, gedateerd, foto’s kloppen niet. Deur kan niet opslot van binnen, slechte wifi, geen vaatwasser en tv aanwezig etc etc. 45 minuten wachten om sleutel op te halen bij groepje studenten. Heel slecht. Boek hier niet!!

Bad odour in one of the bathrooms (drain system). Fetching the keys was a disaster. I walked all the way to the address indicated on the mail received as a reminder that same morning to see that the office has moved. Also the impression of poor craftsmanship is everywhere visible (the front door knob sits loose etc.

the location on the commercial street is perfect, and the apartment is nice and spacious
a few issues with furniture, which can be fixed easily. For a group of clients, it would be better to have several sets of keys instead of just one

The property is located in a good location right in the city centre of Antwerp, the staff who we met when checking in were also In were very nice and friendly.
There wasn’t as many beds in our apartment as what was stated when we booked it so a few of us had to stay on mattresses on the floor.
There’s also an awful smell that comes from the bathroom drain which smells horrible throughout the apartment it was disgusting.
The showers were also only heating up for small periods of time ( around 10 minutes ) and then it was going freezing cold so most of the time we were having cold showers as there was 7 of us staying there.
Finally one minor thing was there was quite a lot of dirt and limescale on the walls, floor and on the shower heads in the property.

Excellent location, right off of the main shopping street in the city center. Spacious, clean and fairly well equipped.
Reception could be a bit closer to the property, it's a 15min walk. It's also next to a school so there's bells going off every morning.

i liked everhthing from this appartement, very cozy and lovely and the host that was greeting me was also lovely
i didnt like the fact that it had no Wifi, i was connected but no Wifi at all.

Location can’t be beat. Great view from the apartment and in a safe area. You’re very central.
The one bathroom had some sewerage drainage issues and smelled horrendous, we had to keep the door closed always. Some of the doors didn’t have handles so other people had to open up for you if you went to the bathroom. The dishwasher looked like it didn’t work as it was missing the main rack and hadn’t been used in a long time.

the location was excellent and it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an elevator.
It was not clean. Dirty black hairs in the shower which I told them about and they would send someone to clean but nobody came. Also in the cupboards opened products from previous guests. Curtains falling of the rails. The apartment could use some updating. Also different apt then shown on Booking.com.

The location is great, right in the center of Antwerpen and really close to almost everything!
The mattress was not comfortable for me and I couldn’t sleep well most of the days, but then again that is a matter of opinion.
