Lovely area. Room was clean and bed comfy, limited toiletries, only 2 small bars of soap. No aircon which would be good as it was 30 deg when we were there. Ate evening meal in restaurant and it was fantastic food. Lamb kleftiko & mix pork pitta. Both were large portions. Breakfast next morning was also very good. We had read reviews so knew what to expect, hotel bit tired but serviceable. You get what you pay for.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was especially cooked for us and there was a good selection. The bed was very comfortable and smelled fresh. There was also a fridge in our room.

The water in the shower was a little bit cold or at least me and my partner couldn't figure out how to make it heat up.

Waking up in Pedoulas on a cool, clear morning.

I did not realise that I was was booking days that ran into a holiday weekend. We were given a " small family room" and we are a small family ... but the hotel could not give a room with access to a balcony or a view.

The heating worked fine but two of the windows in the room wouldn't seal shut so the room didn't heat well That said, it did heat up later in the night

there was a restaurant next to it (even though extremely expensive). the heating did not work at first but after calling them it was just fine.

- not working WiFi during stay in the hotel - rooms had small windows from corridor site - when anybody put lights on it was very hard to sllep at night

Very old and uncomfortable hotel. I booked and paid in advance two triple rooms with balconies for my big family. The hotel gave us a double room and a triple rooms with NO balconies and there was just a high rock one meter away from the window (yes, no sunlight at all, like in prison). After my complaint the hotel woman smiled, shrugged here shoulders and said they didn't have any other rooms for us. No excuses, no attempts to compensate us for this situation. Our prepaid order meant nothing to them, so simply. So I had to contact booking.com and only after that I was offered a partial refund from booking.com. They rooms were very tiny. Everything was outdated. There was NO hot water in the bathroom and shower for the whole stay (luckily, we stayed for 1 night only). The breakfast was very poor. Only cold sausages, cheese, liverwurst, tea and black coffee, that's literally all. I asked for fried eggs or omelette (needed something hot after the cold night and my 3 children needed healthy food), but the same hotel woman refused due to 'very busy kitchen' (I could not catch that because it was a very small hotel with several people having a breakfast at the same time). Later the kitchen cooked omelettes for us, thanks.

The food was excellent, home made, fresh, abundant, both at breakfast and at dinner. The hotel is family run and the people are nice. Good shower with hot water. It is cheap.

The room looked more like a hostel than a hotel. There were four beds in my room for me alone. Of course there wasn’t much space left. The heating was excessive, I slept with the windows open.wifi was good in the hall, not in the room. There are plenty of stairs.
