Lovely little apartment! Nicely furnished and decorated! Beautiful beach access! Bikes were fun to ride on the beach! The pans need to be replaced though. All the teflon is coming off the skillets and they’re all scratched up. Would have been nice to have had more than one roll of toilet paper and more wash clothes! Too bad a king wouldn’t fit in the bedroom area!

Very clean and cozy villa. Great location, so close to the beach. Owner provided all necessary items and extras too ( beach chairs and bikes). We had a quiet and relaxing time at a beautiful beach.

Great location, so close to beach, restaurants and Sea Pines. Having the bikes to use was great as HH is so bicycle friendly and it saves the cost and hassle of hiring bikes. The villa is small but tastefully decorated and has a restful vibe.

This Villa is beautiful!! It is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean & well maintained, beautifully decorated, view & location excellent! Heidi was a gracious host who answered all of our questions, response time was almost immediate as was Nicole’s. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Heidi contacted us to let us know the beach chairs provided were broke and she overnighted 2 new ones to the villa. First time to Hilton Head & we will be back!

Unit was overall well-kept and clean. Some small spaces show wear & tear from use but overall a great place to stay in Hilton Head.

Great place and close to everything!

The unit was outstanding - really well done inside..exactly as advertised. And the location, was fantastic - steps to the beach and a few minutes to shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

My husband and I found this to be a great little condo with convenient beach access. You can tell the property was recently renovated and was nicely done. It provided everything we needed for our time away! We enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. W would definitely recommend.

Older property OK cared for

The property was close to Coligny Square restaurants and shops. Older building. The bed was hard as a rock. Living area was smaller than the photos made it appear.

Our stay was awesome! The place was perfect for the two of us! We loved bike riding all over the island. Just FYI, the cabinet door below the sink is missing a screw!

This property is perfect for a couple! It’s right on the beach and great location to restaurants and shopping! High end appliances and beautiful decor! Property manager is friendly, prompt and so helpful! 2 bikes were included in our rental!

This gem had a nice little view of the ocean from the balcony. I love that they provided us with chairs and a cooler for the beach. It has been updated recently so all the amenities are in great working order. It is within walking distance of the beach, shops, grocery, bars, and more. Communication was efficient via VRBO; we had our questions addressed immediately. I loved the fresh flowers 🌸💕 I was not fond of the mattress, but knew that going in due to the other reviews.

This condo/property was perfect for my husband and myself. Heidi and the property manager were very helpful, as well as responsive in all aspects. The condo was spotless, and had everything we needed! The bikes were well used, and we never needed to drive any where! The proximity to bars, restaurants, groceries all within biking distance was fantastic. We would definitely rent from Heidi again in the future.

Lovely stay!! Up one flight of steps. Within walking or biking distance to everything! Beach was beautiful stretches of white sand and the pool was refreshing as well! Well outfitted kitchen and plenty of room for the two of us to spread out and relax. Everything we were looking for in a vacation stay! Thanks!!

This unit is absolutely beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Everything is brand new including the appliances, even though it’s not a big space it’s well thought out and functions really well. The ocean view was lovely , I wish it was a front facing unit because we did have the view of the parking lot as well. Heidi really cares about the little touches. She left us beach chairs umbrella and cooler. The beach was steps away from this unit very easy to get to. I love that she supplied two very well kept bikes for our use during our stay at no extra fee. If I could suggest just a couple of things would be a full length mirror hung somewhere in the unit. I also felt like the bed was extremely firm and I know some people really like that but if you don’t I suggest either leaving a mattress topper in the unit for guests or if you rent this unit bring one. Heidi was also fantastic about telling my husband pertinent information in a very timely manner. If your looking for a affordable getaway to H.H. I suggest you look into renting this unit it won’t disappoint. We had an awesome time and would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks Heidi for making our trip a very memorable one!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as advertised. Close proximity to everything with the beach just steps away. Would stay again!!! Unfortunately, the only cons were that when we arrived to the property (30 minutes early) and it had not been cleaned and evident it was missed and not because we were early. We reach out to the property manager, and she quickly sent someone out. However, they put us at a standstill under they arrived and cleaned not wanting to leave with all our belongings there. Property manager offered to provide us a late check out for our inconvenience, but we had an early flight out. Also, I was under the impression that the beach was private for residents and guests; however, people could park across the street and enter the property through a walkway to the beach. I was a little surprised because the public beach is only a few blocks away.

The communication with owner and host was good! The location worked out perfect for us (only 2). May be. A bit tights for more. We used kitchen for breakfast but since it is not a fully stocked kitchen we had dinner out. The overall experience was great for us. Would recommend and would like to return for longer stay but perhaps a tad larger unit. Thanks!

unit very clean, excellent access to beach, with very good property manager

My wife and I recently stayed at this property to celebrate our anniversary. It was the perfect size and was in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable with modern updates. The property came with well-maintained bikes also. We had immediate responses from the property manager/owner . We would recommend

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip during the 4th of July week. The condo is small and cozy (perfect for 2). The upgraded kitchen was a nice touch. The beach access is only a few steps away and you’re close to shopping and restaurants. The included beach chairs, cooler and cruiser bikes is super convenient. We really loved the bikes! Very comfortable and well maintained. We chose to sleep on the pullout sofa instead of the bed to be away from the hallway and be more comfortable (primary bed a bit small/stiff). Didn’t spend much time on the balcony since neighboring balconies were so close and not very private. Be warned 4th of July week on the beach is very busy! Lol! We were 4 rows back from the ocean because it was so crowded and found out later it’s a very busy time in Hilton Head Island. All in all it was a lovely stay!

Cozy condo unit just steps from the beach with all the amenities you'll need. Ideal for a couple looking to get away from it all. Unit comes well furnished and includes beach chairs and a cooler (no beach umbrella but you can rent them and chairs from a 3rd party operator on the beach right in front of the condo). 2 beach cruiser bikes are included and you can ride for miles on the beach or on the numerous island bike paths. Only real negative is that the unit is smaller than we imagined from the photos and the bedroom door/window face the interior hallway so you catch noise from the other owners/renters and it may be time to replace the mattress (these are the only things preventing a a 5 star review - call this a 4.5 star review!).

Very nice and clean. Perfect for a couples get away. Only complaint was the size of the bed… we have a king size at home so it was hard to adjust. Loved the location and the beach was beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and cozy!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island celebrating one year of marriage and our last vacation as a family of two before welcoming our baby girl this coming November. The room was clean and exactly as shown in the listing photos. The property owner, Heidi, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We saw LOTS of sea creatures including, jelly fish, dolphins, crabs, starfish, and my personal favorite, a giant stingray! My husband and I also thoroughly enjoyed cruising the beaches on the bikes included with the rental. There were several thunderstorms during our stay which we enjoyed watching roll in from the balcony of the condo. We utilized the two beach chairs provided with the rental and brought our own sunshade. However, there is chairs and umbrellas available for rent on the beach right in front of the condo. If you plan to spend your days on the beach, I would recommend bringing a collapsible wagon. Although the beach is VERY close, it is just far enough to be annoying when you are carrying your chairs, cooler, sunshade, beach bag, etc. I was glad we brought ours. If that all sounds like too much work, the pool is a lovely option as well.

The property owner & local contact person were excellent! Had one question regarding parking pass - within 4 seconds of my text I received a response!!! Check in/ Check out very easy. 1st visit to HHI - will book this condo again!

The property was just as described. Checking in was easy, and instructions were laid out clearly. The beach is a few minutes away on foot. The beach cruisers were a nice addition! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach getaway!
