The condo is wonderful. Nicely appointed and comfortable. The coffee, cheese plate and drinks mean so much upon check-in. Great little restaurant below for quick meals/relax at the bar. Grocery store just steps away. Communication with owners was quick and attentive. Beds slept great and furnishing were fresh, clean and in new shape. Elevator made it easy to access our floor. For this area to be fairly busy, it was quite inside the condo. Street car is not too far away which can make for easy travel to French Quarter.

The property is beautiful and very spacious!!!! It's a safe neighborhood and a secure building. The beds were so comfortable!! It's close to everything. There's a great market a block away. The property managers are accommodating, maybe to a fault. Overall, this a fantastic place to stay to see an amazing city!!!!!

Loved the decor, location, and special touches (welcome cheese tray, bottled water and sodas, nice large towels, decent toiletries, large TVs, outdoor area even though it faced a brick wall. Kitchen only had basic tools but who comes to NOLA to cook? Plus, there’s a restaurant right downstairs as well as many in the neighborhood. The owners were exceptionally responsive and very accommodating. Proximity to Rouses was ideal for groceries as well as prepared food. Great stay. We’ll be back.

Very clean and comfortable. Contacts with owners were always answered promptly and helpfully. Enough room for 4 guests with lots of privacy. Highly recommend!

When in NOLA this will be the only place that I will stay! Everything was perfect!!!

This place is spacious and very clean. The pictures on here don’t do it justice. There are so many little things about it that make it perfect. We were in walking distance to the Superdome and that was a huge plus. It’s very close to many things you’d want to see if you don’t want to drive. People say a lot about New Orleans, but we felt safe the entire time. We were out walking after dark and there were police out on the streets. If we travel back to New Orleans we will stay here again for sure!

Clean building and apartment! Comfortable bed and furniture. We felt right at home! Grocery store on the corner and close to restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was beautifully appointed with plenty of room and with a great location to many of the attractions New Orleans’s is known for. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We had a wonderful time in New Orleans and the condo was so comfortable. It was just perfect! Brittanie and Gerard were very attentive and accommodating.

We were two couples staying at this property. We were all completely happy with everything. Brittanie responded to my questions within minutes. Sounds funny but we didn't know how to lock patio doors. She had maintenance come within 5 MINUTES to show us how to do it. Can't say enough about how great the whole experience was. We all highly recommend this property.

The location of the property was excellent. Restaurant and bar downstairs. You could walk to restaurants and French quarter with ease. And a quiet neighborhood at night. The unit was perfect for two couples. With a grocery store close and lots of options for meals, it was so convenient. Close enough to walk to the French Quarter and access to street cars. Communication with the host was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, along with another couple, enjoyed a 3 day weekend at this condo. The location was far enough away from the noise and busyness, but a short walk to most things we wanted to do! The property is spacious, updated, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The owners were kind and offered great recommendations for food/drinks. If we visit again, we will definitely stay here again.

This Warehouse District condo provided an elegant sanctuary for our family to rest and reenergize during a jam-packed stay for Tulane Graduation. It proved even more lovely than the pictures, and the layout afforded all of us plenty of privacy. We took advantage of the grocery story 1 block away and walked to many of our favorite restaurants. I would certainly book again for any future NOLA visits and appreciate that the property owners have many other units in this Baronne Street building in case we can round up a group to join us next time. Seamless check in and check out. All-around one of the best rentals we've had.

One of the best if not the best stay I ever had my fiancé was totally satisfied because it was her birthday weekend the pictures does this place no Justice immaculate in every sense of the word The host was excellent five minute respond time There was no problem with the place I forgot the building code that’s the only reason we had to call her I would recommend this spot for anyone It was walking distance from everything

We cannot emphasize enough how wonderful these accommodations were!!! The pics do not do it justice. The place is updated and truly beautiful. We were comfortable and there were so many amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc. Plus, there were complimentary soft drinks and waters in the fridge along with a delicious snack tray. Brittanie was great to communicate with!! All of us would definitely stay here again!! And it was a super location!! We were able to walk all around the main parts of the city with no problems.

We loved the vibe in the condo with the exposed brick and modern, high end furnishings! It’s close enough to all the top sights but in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Our host Brittanie was VERY attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries with excellent recommendations for dining!

Close enough to walk to the french quarter but far enough away you did not have to worry about noise. So much space and great communication from the host!

This is the best property!! The best reasons are cleanliness, ease of check-in, safety. The owners give you clear directions for parking, check-in and then check-in from time to time to see if your stay is going ok. It’s the second time we had stayed here. I will always stay here from now one while in The Big Easy!! The condo itself is lovely, nice to come back to at the end of the day. Highly recommend!!!!

Everything in condo exceeds pictures. Zero issues dealing with hosts and check in. Great location for superdome/smoothie king events. East to get to FQ or uptown. One of best VRBO experiences we have had. Already planning our next visit

Myself and my partner had the most amazing getaway weekend, and it started with this property. The hosts were great when communicating everything we needed to know for our stay. The building was secure and clean. The condo was gorgeous with plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. The pictures don’t do this gem justice. Worth every penny!

Our experience with this property was a 5 star ++++!! From the moment we found the property on VRBO, the property manager Brittanie expressed interest and support for all questions. Her attentiveness, kindness and support was exceptional. Now the property description. MAGNIFICENT!! Brand new. Every attention to detail imaginable. The decor was warm yet modern and so tasteful. The beds were beyond comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were brand new. Fully stocked. I stayed with my daughter who was studying for her board exams and the rooms were quiet and private. The local restaurants were easy to walk to and some of the best names in Nola. Conveniences such as a market and CVS were 5 minute walks away. All in all it was a perfect stay and we cannot wait to return!!
