It’s a good value for money.

Clean and still pretty new. The location is also very quiet and secure inside a guarded village. Wifi is speed is consistently fast. Paid breakfast is quite nice too.

The shower heater was not working properly. Its burning hot even on the lowest setting. Wish they provide timba and tabo for every room for that.

I booked for 2 rooms and went even to the dormitel 2 weeks after to make sure that we will have the rooms we booked for since I have a family member who is a pwd. The staff promised that she will make sure that both of our rooms will be on the ground floor. However, on the day of our stay. We were given rooms on separate floors (ground and 3rd floor). According to the staff, there was no more available rooms. We were even charged on the same room rates despite weren't given the rooms we have booked for. This will be my first and last stay in this dormitel.

Great location. Close to SM Lanang and the airport. There’s plenty of fruit stands just on the main street to buy pasalubong. My room was clean, AC was cold and had water heater for shower. I requested a room on the ground floor which they accommodated. They also went out to get a taxi for me when it was time for me to leave, which I very much appreciated.

Bathroom was small, but could be just in my room.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating. They were prompt in answering my inquiry. Location is also good, safe , and with a clean surrounding.

The room was actually clean but smelled dusty when we went inside.

The owner is very accomodating. A good location for a business trip near SM Lanang. The place is secured and safe👍

They have an excellent internet speed that ranges from 80 Mbps to 130 Mbps. They gave me a quiet room because it's the farthest room (away from noisy guests) and they are located in a quiet neighborhood. Their staff assisted me in getting a taxi at 4:00 AM because I had an early flight at 6 o'clock in the morning. Since it's pretty close to the airport I made it on time at the check-in counter before it would close. It's near Damosa IT Park so there are shops and restaurants that are open 24/7 and I love the newly opened Starbucks branch with a drive-thru option. I bought my essentials at SM Lanang which is within walking distance if you're not in a hurry.

We didn't know there was breakfast.

The smell in the rooms was terrible. We asked for a different room, again, same TERRIBLE, stale smell that feels like you're gonna get sick if you stay there. It's not for humans. In travelling 30+ countries, I've never stayed in such smelly rooms. Only after asking for a 3rd room, we finally got one without the stale smell.
