A pleasant surprise considering how reasonable the price was and it is made out of a shipping container. Well equipped kitchen and nice bath. Has everything for a one-night or multiple week stay. Pool and laundry area too.

It has AC but it would be nice to have screens on the windows and glass door to open up at night.

Great property. Clean, secure, comfortable. It's got a refrigerator and small kitchenette with coffee maker and coffee. Comfortable bed. Friendly host who responds quickly.

The only complaints I have is that the air conditioning is located inside one of the bedrooms, so the rest of the apartment stays a bit warm. The location is a few kilometers from town, and there is very limited options for food nearby.

Nice pool but it could be cleaner.

Security and secure parking. Location is very good...not downtown but in a quiet neighborhood near primary shopping. Incredible value for cost. Note this is typical modest area accommodations. If you have lived or travelled in CR for any time, this is modest, typical and very clean, well equipped. Note, it has great WiFi...I was getting 95 Mbps, and large screen TV, and washer combo.

It was not clearly marked. On first visit you wonder if you are at the right place.

Property was well stocked with kitchen supplies and amenities. Clothes washer was a plus. Property was easy to come and go freely.

-well equiped kitchen -good size of the Appartement -washing mashine and a dryer in the Appartement -everything we needed :) We already came for a second stay :)

-Mosquito nets would be nice. -The Pool can be booked from others (for example for celebrations) so the guests of the Appartements are not allowed to use it while this time. We didn't know that but get informed from the staff in a kind way.
