Great facilities and fantastic location.

Water pressure is low, so shower was unpleasant. No cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, antibacterial spray, washing up liquid) provided so unable to clean up without purchasing these.

The location was great, very clean and had everything we needed for a short weekend away. Great communication from Graham and Chanel, plenty of advice on local restaurants! Thanks so much :)

Our annual trip we always stay here, clean and location spot on.

Loud noises and banging from above, sleepless nights. Was really disappointed to be honest this year with the noise above. Also the shower leaks from the side so you don’t get full power with it.

The location was fabulous to explore Skegness, you could go anywhere on foot with no need to take a car. The apartment had everything you may need for a short break away.

We had a great nights sleep the first night. The second night however we were woken a number of times with noisy people in an upstairs flat

Nice kitchen and amenities, bathroom and lounge, garden good but dusty cobwebs at table and chairs.

The property was very close to a lot of amenities Shops amusement parks etc.

The only thing was the shower is on a low pressure.

Excellent accommodation .. clean..modern..comfortable... has everything you need from a coffee machine to a washing machine.. has a spacious patio area with table and chairs... i would definitely recommend and will definitely be booking again

The step in to the property is quiet high....and as my mum has mobility issues this was a bit of a problem

in the single room the beds were very uncomfortable with a dip in the middle of one of them. was kept up all night by people in the upper apartment shouting and arguing

If it's a central location in a warm and cosy apartment then this is perfect. Well laid out with all the facilities you need for a break away. Parking is right outside with a 5/10 minute walk to the seafront where the sea air, amusements, bars and restaurants greet you.

Overall a good stay with a few minor inventory and maintenance issues that need addressing for a first class stay but nothing that stopped us enjoying our weekend away in the apartment. Just be aware, there isn't a dinning table or dinning area here so if you're planning on takeaways, cooking yourself or a game of cards, it's a plate on your lap!
