Host was very responsive and spends a lot of time thinking of everything you would need for a beach vacation. The umbrella, chairs, and beach cart made it sooo much easier. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, two nice swimming pools in the complex, and the condo was very clean. A great family getaway !

We stayed for a week- condo was very clean and a good initial supply of essentials was provided. It was so nice to have the beach chairs and cart provided also.

We had the most amazing trip to Hilton Head and this property helped make it even more fantastic. From the moment we booked our stay there was excellent communication, many excellent suggestions for restaurants were given and all of our questions were answered very promptly. The proximity to all of our activities was fantastic and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. We took advantage of both the pool and the tennis courts, as well as the beach supplies available to us. If we have the chance to return to HHI, we’ll definitely want to stay here again and will highly recommend it to anyone who asks. Thanks for a great trip!

The property is nice, as described. The picture made it look bigger than it actually was though.

We stayed here from Easter Sunday through Friday morning. The unit is very nice but unfortunately only cleaned superficially. When we first arrived, my husband and son spent 30 minutes taking off the outdoor patio cushions and taking them outside to the front to clean them as they were unusable in their then state. Every dish that we used for dinner needed to be rewashed. There was a pan that was put away and was literally never cleaned.There was no sponge to use so we had to go buy one. They left a very disgusting dirty old bristle brush for cleaning purposes which I threw away. I let the owners know right away about their cleaning services to which they said “thanks for letting me know.” On day 3, I used the laundry and the front loader pocket was filled with old detergent and moldy. I ultimately asked for a refund on the cleaning fee to which they said they do not offer refunds but could give me a credit on a future stay. Again, never apologized for the inconvenience. I do not need a credit as I have no plans to return to HH in the near future. I feel that the owners had an opportunity to make this situation right and chose not to. There were other dirt annoyances but not worth listing. Just as an fyi, this unit has no extras in terms of spices (I did find a salt and pepper shaker but opted not to use them since I was already worried about the cleanliness. Make sure to pack or buy trash liners as you only get the one that’s in the trash (first Vrbo I’ve experienced this).

This villa fit our needs perfectly. The online photos are very accurate. Everything was clean and in great shape. Loved the screened in porch. The added convenience of the beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

This place is clean, spacious and close to the beach! 4 adults 2 kids (4,5) and we had plenty of room to hang out after the beach. The place is cute, clean and has everything you need! Location was great and our kids easily walked to the beach. We will be back!

The place was clean and modern and amazing. We had a family of 5 stay here and we didn’t feel cramped at all. Easy access to the beach and the screened in porch was a godsend at night! Would definitely recommend this getaway - and the hosts were easy to reach and super accommodating! Thanks again for the great stay!!

We really enjoyed the week. The size was perfect for our family, the walk to the beach was short, the pools were convenient and well kept, walking distance to some excellent places to kid's park/eat/drink/relax...just about anything that you need on vacation. Thanks

Had a wonderful time visiting with family and friends. We loved the condo and the location. The location was very accessible to the beach and restaurants. Spent our time riding bikes, in the beach and playing pickleball. Hope to return again soon!

We give this property five stars in every category. The location of the villa on South Forest Beach was within walking and bike riding distance to everything on that part of the island. The villa itself was as described in the listing and very clean and welcoming with everything that we needed. The thing that stood out the most with us was the EXCEPTIONAL communication with Scot and Stephanie. They were extremely helpful and very kind. Very fast to respond to any communications. The literature that they sent out prior to our vacation was amazingly detailed and extremely helpful. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we would not hesitate to stay at this property again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A couple friends/colleagues and I were on Hilton Head for work, but this condo also gave us some much needed down time. Being able to have coffee on the screened in porch each morning was the perfect way to start each day. The condo is centrally located which was convenient for us to have some fun as well as be to our work experience on time. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and having three bathrooms was really awesome. The layout gives lots of privacy and it was very quiet. I had to have something delivered to me while I was there and the owner along with the management company was so helpful! My delivery arrived without any issues. The owners were also very responsive when we had a couple logistic questions. I highly recommend this condo and the owners! It would work well for a family or a group of friends.

Stephanie's villa was great! There plenty of room for our family and she was extremely easy to talk to! I would recommend this listing to anyone looking to stay in HHI and I would stay at this villa again! It is also a great location, close to the beach and shops!

We had a delightful time and the condo was well equipped. There is no coffee provided, but a grocery store is close by to pick up items that are important.

This was the perfect villa for our family of six adults and one infant. The villa was so clean and comfortable. Loved spending coffee or playing board games on the screened in porch. The area was close enough to walk to the beach or if you wanted to go to Coligny area for dinner. We hope to go back at another time and enjoy this beautiful place.

Clean, well appointed and relaxing space perfect for family getaway. The use of beach chairs and cooler were so convenient and the cherry on top of this trip. The screened in porch was lovely. We were at HHI for our sons wedding. When we started looking for a place to stay for a week, Scot and Stephanie’s Happy Place really stood out based on pictures, reviews and price point. We found the unit to be just as described and near may activities. Scot was terrific communicating with us. Property very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. Often we find these properties to be a bit skimpy on kitchen equipment, dishes and utensils. Certainly not the case with this unit. Pictures are an accurate representation of what you will find.

Great vacation! The condo was clean and meticulously cared for - plenty of room for our family of 4! It was also very close and an easy walk to the beach and Coligny.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Head. The location was great - short walk to the beach and a pool just one building over. This made it easy to get in the water daily, even with 3 children. The hosts have a fully stocked kitchen and provide beach chairs and a beach cart, which made going to the beach easy as well.

Myself and family had an very enjoyable time!!! This home was very clean and the decor was so cute , relaxing theme..You also get a bag of toiletries and the towels wrapped in a bow..lol What I like the most is the easy walk to the beach that is mostly shaded..The beach equipment was great also with the wagon to transport your gear..All the restaurants and shops are all close by..We did and explore so much of the surrounding area..Even took a day trip to Savanah,real close!! We would definitely rent this lovely home again..Perfect vacation stay!!! Thanks to the owners for making our stay enjoyable 😀

This condo was perfect for our family and some friends. Everyone had their own spot and bathroom. I loved having no key to keep track of and loved the location. We walked just about everywhere. The owners were so kind and easy to work with! I’d totally recommend this!
