very clean, quiet, great amenities , great hosts

Very nice room accommodations (in-law suite with private bath). Hosts are awesome.

Depending on your reason for travel, this is a single family home in the suburbs. There are plenty of stores and shopping, & it’s pretty close to the airport, but not ideal for sightseeing in Denver or using as a base for skiing. If those aren’t your reasons for travel I highly recommend this place.

Privacy despite being shared with others

Just two females I thought I made a bad decision booking a room in someone’s house but out of my 3 stays in Denver vicinity this was the best. Room was comfortable and clean and bathroom well equipped. They allowed us to use their kitchen which was so kind and I got to drink my morning tea. Location was great. Mrs Jule was extremely sweet and very helpful.

I liked everything was clean and had a shower.

I thought it was going to be a guest house, from the pictures and descriptions. I got the room because it was supposed to have a balcony but it did not. the hosts were nice but my girlfriend and I were very uncomfortable staying there because it didn’t seem very private.

This is a bedroom in a shared house. The king bed was very comfortable, and we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and modern. Our host was welcoming and helpful. The other guests were quiet and did not bother us. This is a great alternative to staying in a more expensive hotel room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Die owner was very helpful and the room was very clean. I forgot my "Kindle" in the room and Jule gave it back to me to weeks later on my way back to the airport. Many thanks again :-) !!!

Great room.. huge with private bathroom and restroom.. a dressing.. it was perfectly clean, the tv is huge.. the host very nice.. perfect stay.

arriving was surprise wasn’t sure if I wanted to check in or not because of it being in a residential area I did check in to find out it was very nice stay was very pleasant.

No mirror in room. Adjacent room all talk, bed noise etc. Audible.

I was not aware that this was someone’s home! I thought I was booking a bed and breakfast, I didn’t realize it was like an AirBNB. It is in the middle of a densely populated subdivision. The owners were perfectly nice but I didn’t know there would be kids. The laundry room was right next to our bedroom and someone thought it was a good idea to do laundry at midnight. I think someone fell down the stairs in the middle of the night. our sleep was disrupted a few times.

Very clean and private. I loved the set up and will definitely return!

The owner greeted me late at night, since my flight was late arrival. He was very attentive. He showed me the room and after that no one interrupted my space. It was a bit cold for my taste, but the bed and blankets were clean and comfortable. The next morning I only used the kitchen to get water from the filter, but it was available to cook.

I am not use to rent a room in a house, I felt a bit strange. But it really was very private, and in the morning I did not see anyone.
