Unit is old and updated. Not comparable to other units at Eagle Ridge. I would not rent #1507 again. Furniture is dated, refrigerator is falling apart and carpet is worn out! Had no heat the first night and beeping smoke alarms. Maintenance did not address until the next morning!

Great Location - place was very clean and spacious.

This was a beautiful condo, with every amenity anyone would need. Plenty of room for our family of 9. The condo was very clean, added bonus was soaps for everyone in all the bathrooms. The gas fireplace was a nice addition for the colder evenings. Condo is very close to ski slopes and other things to do in area. The shuttle that is offered for free was nice to use to go out and eat. We would stay here again in a hearbeat.

This is our second time booking with Vacaca and like the first, we were not disappointed. The townhome was both well-stocked and super organized (think photos of where things belong inside the cabinets). It was massive and tastefully decorated - it represents itself better in person than it does in photos - it's a beautiful unit in an updated complex. The front office staff was fantastic and our boys loved the pool - it felt very safe given current COVID times. Our only complaint is that it got hot in the evenings. We kept the blinds down but had to allow for space to let the air in, and the lights across the way shone into our unit. We had the fan on which likely needs to be re-balanced - it kept making a clicking noise and kept us up two nights (murphy's law it only seemed to happen on the 1st and last night). Even with earplugs on it was difficult to sleep and there was also quite a bit of outside noise. Lots of folks enjoying their patios but sound carries easily at the complex. Thankfully, they have a great security company and I was able to call once and they took care of it. Any complex will have these challenges, and if there was A/C and we could have closed the windows it would have been a 5-star rating all the way around.
