We loved this condo and it’s location. We have been staying at Palmetto Dunes for five years and this is by far our favorite location. Dealing with the owners was easy and they always responded immediately. We will definitely stay there again.

Great space for two couples. Space was very clean and had all of the amenities of home. Would highly recommend staying. Dave and Penny were great hosts, very responsive, and made sure we had everything needed for the week.

Our second time here. We loved it and would stay here again. Lovely decor, well-maintained with everything working, well-stocked kitchen, spotless enough for an admitted clean freak (me), and of course, the beautiful view!
One suggestion is improving the communication from Island Realty, property manager.
With postal service so much slower these days, it would be helpful if they mailed the parking tags out earlier, so guests could be sure of receiving them in time. It finally came two days before our departure, but why put guests through the uncertainty?

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, it was very clean and had everything you would need, beds were very comfortable. This is our sixth stay in Hilton Head and it was the most incredible place we stayed!

Everything was awesome. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. No dirty feet, even after walking on the tile floors, which is a dead giveaway if they don’t do a good job cleaning…so they are doing a good job. No maintenance issues at all. Appreciate the smart tv’s, loads of towels, comfortable beds, great ice maker in the freezer, washer and dryer, and all the kitchen necessities. Easy check in. Great pool. Great property. We would stay here again!

Wonderful stay at one of the best kept properties that we have visited. The condo was very well kept and clean with more than enough quality dish ware and appliances available in the kitchen. The beach locker was a huge bonus to make the trek with the kids/sand toys easier as well as keeping the condo clean from sand. I will definitely seek this out when we stay in HHI again.

Overall very nice clean spacious condo! The two queen beds and large bathroom for the second bedroom was a great plus! Location is great as well. Our family would definitely stay in this condo again!

This unit is perfect for my family with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The 2 grands had their own space. Very clean & updated. Windsor Court is a great property with great pool area & easy beach access. We’ve been staying at this property for past 10 yrs. and will continue to do so. Well done Dave & Penny !

We love Palmetto Dunes and Hilton Head. We have gravitated back to Windsor Court and my kids love the property. Always nice families around and kids enjoy the pool and close proximity to the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was quiet on the end of the building.

Enjoyed our second time back at this property and it feels like home. The property is perfect for our family of 4 and has everything we need. The owners have really thought of everything needed for time away from home as well as were super responsive with our questions, even making sure we got our belongings we left behind. The Condo is Spacious , Comfortable , has everything you need and the Location is Great ! Great Overall !.My Family Totally enjoyed our stayed and we knew after the first Stay back in Summer 2020 this was the place we wanted to stay at again and we missed out last year because of timing and was so glad we were able to Stay this time . After Several Trips to Hilton Head We have found our Home away from Home and looking forward to our Stay next Summer ! We Appreciate the Help in making our Stay Perfect from the owner Dave !

Palmetto Dunes paradise
We have been to Hilton Head for many years and always rent in Palmetto Dunes. Definitely the best location on the island. The process for renting this unit was very easy. Owner answered all questions and was very prompt with responses. The condo was very well equipped with kitchen supplies, the best that we have ever had. Nice decor and 2 beautiful bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable too. Nice short access to the beach.

The property has a nice beach locker to keep sand out of the unit, big enough to store 3 bikes. It has wonderful pools and a hot tub along with a nice fire pit which is well attended each evening. There is nothing I can say bad about this condo. We have stayed at Windsor North many, many times. Always renting a 1 bedroom, as it is only my husband and I. It was actually nice having a larger unit. We never used the second bedroom, but the unit it self I think is bigger than a 1 bedroom. We were there only for the week & enjoyed out stay.

We just got back from a week in this beautiful condo! It is by far the most tastefully decorated and most comfortable unit we've stayed in since we've been coming to HHI. There's plenty of comfy seating for the whole family in the living room on the large sectional sofa plus two large chairs that swivel to take in the ocean view. Well done!
