Breakfast is excellent

Arrived at property around 2:30pm. Apparently they have a strict policy about the check in time. 3pm. Five other families were waiting in the lobby ahead of us to check in. Not a big inconvenience, just seemed to be a little odd. The male staff member at the reception desk was rude. When it was my turn, He and his coworker actually argued over who was going to serve me.

Good deal for the price. Free breakfast. Cozy. Free hbo. Free body wash in the shower and lotion in the bathroom.

Weird stains on the walls and floors

This location is super shady! They double charged me even though I booked through booking.com and refused to help me when I called them. Knowing what they did. Also I got into my room and when I pulled the comforter back a lighter fell out of the bed??? Disgusting. Obviously they hadn’t even bothered to change some fresh sheets onto the bed.

No bugs or mold

Hotel was very nice & clean. We ended up over the carport so we had a horrible view out our window but other than that everything was great. Loved that they still offered a complimentary continental breakfast! Oh lastly the kids loved the pool although you can’t stay long since it kills your ears being indoors in a small area.

They changed my reservation without my knowledge and did nothing to fix it.
