The fridge wouldn't stay cold for our food. I was told it was new so we kept only water on it. They offered to move me but it was too late as we were already settled in for the night.

Great spot with clean rooms and a pool and hot tub for the kids. Any kind of food you want within walking distance or a very short drive. if we ever go to Fairfield again, we will stay here again.

We just got the hotel to sleep. It was very loud. Between the freeway and the air conditioning it was really hard to sleep. It is getting old and tired. The whole hotel needs an update. The staff is not friendly at all. We had a problem with the tub and the girl at the front desk could have cared less.

The hotel was quiet with friendly staff. The pool was clean and a much needed distraction on a hot day. It was nice having a restaurant onsite, but if you wanted to eat elsewhere there were several restaurants really close by.

Remarkably quiet for being directly off of I five. They have a great pool and you can easily walk to local restaurants.

We needed to get away traffic was horrible so we stop there hotel was great pool was nice spa was fantastic we went back three times in the evening it was so relaxing

The rooms are spacious and clean, just wish the beds and pillows were more comfortable. Overall, a great hotel for the price.

Great hotel- was close to many different food options and the movie theaters and mall. The pool was great and there were towels available. We had a room with view to the pool which was really nice. Fresh coffee and light breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was accommodating and polite. Easy on/off freeway. 10/10 would stay again

It was a rough start. My family was placed in a room with a/c that doesn't work. We were already settled in the room after that 10 hours on the road and with two small dogs, then we realized there's not a cool air blowing from a/c. I called FD and they sent someone to check on the a/c and tried fixing it, an hour later and it still did not work. I called again the FD and spoke with Leilani and requested to be moved to another room in the same floor (1st) but she said there was no availability. It will be on the upper floor. I've lost my cool when she said she could checked me out for the night and I can find another property. Man, my fam was up since 2am, driving on the road for 10 hours, tired and hungry and you'll tell me this? And then when she got back to me, she offered a room right next door (I thought there's no availability?)

Good service. It’s basically in a mall so many places to eat. Breakfast was not so great but lesson learned

The hotel is comfortable. But the lady serving breakfast was wonderfully pleasant. She is a subtle ray of sunshine to begin a busy day at work.

Friendly and professional staff. Easy check in and the room was well equipped for our stay, just a little out dated compared to hotels we normally stay at. Over all, we were told that this hotel was one of the best in the area. Only issue was the fact that the hot tub was not open, even though it's winter. Should be available to use all year round. Thanks!

This is the hotel I choose when the need arises. 5-star.

We checked in just to drop off our items then went to Frisco for the evening out. We got in pretty late and when we pulled the sheets back, the bed was nasty and dirty. We had to wait for someone to come to the room and the person they said was someone who didn’t even know how to make the bed right very inconvenient for a very tired, elderly person.

Really friendly staff Clean and quiet

The front desk staff were friendly and professional and made checking in easy. The room was spacious and clean, but very outdated. There was paint peeling on the ceiling, the fixtures were outdated and the showerhead made a lot of noise. The floor was quiet even though the hotel backed up to the freeway. The lobby, reception and seating area was clean and nicely decorated. Overall it was a decent place to stay for one night. Check out process was easy too, but still waiting for our final folio to arrive via email.

The hotel was located in the perfect location for us. Our room request (a top floor) was granted. Our room was clean and updated. However, a 10 lane freeway (five lanes on each side) was adjacent to our parking lot and our room. We expected things to quiet down, but the traffic noise was constant. We were very disappointed.

The young lady that checked me in was very helpful and pleasant

I pay 200 for a 2 bed room and I did a reservation and when I got there they told me they were out of the 2 bed room and gave me a only a room with a single bed

Liked that this property was near Travis Air Force Base and easy on and off freeway.
