The property was very clean

Room was nice. Pool looked nice.

They had an event going we think a wedding. There was almost no parking. We had to park behind the shopping center in the additional parking which was sketchy. At about 1030pm I called the front desk to ask when the music was going to stop so we could sleep. They said midnight. Great if you're there to party but not for travel and trying to get sleep. Then at 8am I hear a knock on the door and it’s the maid seeing if we are there. What’s the point of having those door hangers if their own staff don’t follow them.

Location was great as it was close to many restaurants and fun centers.

Great location for us near my wife’s doctor appointment. Also good location for shopping and food.

The staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well laid out. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but there was only one waitperson, so the service was very slow.

More staff in the restaurant.

The lobby was beautiful with different places to sit and enjoy your time.

I had to ask for things and then either didn’t get as promised or had to go to top management to work out a slight problem Management was exceptional!!
