Property was good

When I got there they charged a$150 fee in case I was smoking or brought in a pet This was not a stipulation on booking .com

Breakfast had poor selection.

Pool advertised as heated was closed. Workout room had three pieces of broken equipment. Front Desk staff indifferent.

The bed was very comfy and had plenty of pillows. Spacious room and bathroom with a workspace for doing office work. Free breakfast has protein (sausage and egg) carb (cereal, toast, muffins, waffle) coffee and juice choices. There was a roller to help bring my luggage upstairs.

Kinda messy floor and elevator that had chips, candy wrappers, and broken nails on the floor. Allergies were going crazy in the hotel.

Front desk not customer oriented. Language not appropriate. Breakfast pretty bad.

another guests in the hall were smoking, even I smell from my room and It was 24/7, I felt uncomfortable, we call to room service and the didn’t do anything

Everything was bad.

There was people in the hotel smoking weed which made the whole place smell disgusting. We stood there for 4 nights and every single day the smell was super intense and disgusting that even made the rooms smell bad. We called to reception many times asking them to do something about it and nobody cares (when there were signs that smoking is prohibited). You could hear everything from the other rooms which was very annoying. The breakfast was incredibly bad. A complete disappointment.
