All aspects were decent and staff were on hand 24/7 to deal with requests quickly. Would go again.

I could not see out of my window. A 15 meter Turkish flag completely covering the windows. We could not see anything, it made the room feel very claustrophobic. Very big disappointment

No English channels on TV Have to pay 100£ just to use mini bar. I went crazy. Staff can't speak English. Breakfast poor Over priced for trnc Indoor pool not working and no discount 5stars I give it 3

Breakfast was nice, nice views. Nice restuarant on the roof, and Bar/club on floor above roof looked good.

The Staff seemed to be undertrained and there was a lack of English spoke. Pool was shut for 2 out of 3 days for events, the indoor pool was closed the whole time. I asked for some things, but was told no, not so politely. I asked for a restaurant booking but was told it was full, then we complained 3 times and got our table to find there was hardly any tables reserved. Also the starters came after the main meals ? These things should not be normal in a 5 Star Hotel. We also had 2 rooms with family and were on 2 different floors, despite hotel not busy. Despite this we managed to enjoy our stay, i think, not to sure now actually.

Amazing time spent here. Property was amazing, staff friendly and the food in the breakfast buffet was good too.

This hotel is stunning and the breakfast buffet were variety was amazing. The staff were great also. I will stay here again.

The restaurant staff were a little slow and also there were some discrepancies with my bill, however this was rectified after they understood my complaint. Also regarding dinner. I ordered a steak from The capital grill, they brought my sides out about 20min before the steak so the asparagus and side veg were stone cold when the steak arrived. Asparagus was also oily and didn't looked grilled but the steak was nice.

One of the most amazing places in Lefkosa, im a graduating student who stayed at this hotel and I absolutely love everything there, and i love how i was able to take my graduation photos there! Best hotel ever!

the wifi didn’t get my date of birth to access even after talk with reception about it. But I’ve been just for a night so I didn’t tell them again.

The Capital Restaurant had a different cook, from my previous trip. The steak was overcooked, tough and tasteless, the Caesar Salad was horrible - the dressing was mayo and mustard? Extremely disappointed considering the cost of 1400 Lira.
