Very friendly email from the host Pauline. Left me a packet of chocolate bars as a welcome! Property easy to find and good value for money. Check-in was easy as per instructions from host.

Only a 40 minute ride on the train when coming from Heathrow and choosing the Heathrow Express into Paddington. Only one stop away on the tube from Wembley stadium and after the event there the trains were backed up however this wasn’t an issue as the flat was only a 25 minute walk on it’s own. The place was cozy, clean and had everything you could need for a stay. The location was perfect, just a few houses down from the main road with the train station and all the coffee shops and restaurants you could want including a Tesco Express. The host was lovely, provided all the information I could need in advance and was available throughout the stay if required. Will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing negative to add. Quick note to possibly check the wifi password as I couldn’t get that to work but I didn’t say anything as I was local and had great 4G coverage so was not an issue at all. However, worth checking to make sure it hasn’t been updated since printing the materials :)

Fantastic location and a really impressive how they've converted it all to a modern room to stay in. And really good value for money.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the WiFi password was wrong. But otherwise really impressed with the accommodation.

The place was really clean and the bed was very comfortable

Needed to be in Central London early morning so booked this place the night before. The property was spotlessly clean. It’s small but has everything you need. Water pressure and temperature of the shower was better than most hotels. TV had good options plus the wifi works well. The key is in a lockbox so no need to interact with the owners if that’s an issue for you, plus it allows a bit more freedom for arrival time I guess. Parking space outside plus free parking on the street which is useful. Plenty of shops and places to get food near by. I have booked this place again for in a few weeks time which tells you a lot. Recommended.

Just a five minute walk and one tube stop from Wembley Stadium/Arena, with its own parking space at the property. Compact but with everything needed for our stay - and a nice touch to add milk and biscuits! Excellent communications with the owner and felt safe/secure. A real find and somewhere we will return to.
