Perfect place for my husband and I as well as two friends to stay during our son’s graduation from Marine Corps bootcamp. Very comfortable.

Beautiful house.

My wife and I stayed for two weeks to celebrate our first anniversary. Great all around experience. We hope to come back next year too.

The home is beautiful, spacious and very open and immaculate. Location is perfect, very easy access to the beach. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need or want. A few issues: gas grill had 2 propane tanks but virtually no gas. We started cooking and almost immediately ran out of gas and the “back up tank was empty. Clearly the tanks were not checked. The parking pass situation was a hassle too. The driveway can easily accommodate 5 or 6 vehicles but only 3 passes for a home that can accommodate 12 people. The long term parking is more than 15 minute drive and a hassle. It’s unfortunate that there is plenty of space to park on the property but you can’t bring more than 3 vehicles.

The property was very clean and well maintained, which is always very important to us. Very tastefully decorated. Perfect location with great beach access. We will definitely book this property again for our next visit to Hilton Head.

The location of this house was a dream. The house was nicely decorated. Some furniture was worn, but overall we were comfortable. There was a huge miscommunication with us asking for the pool to be heated when we booked 6 mths ago and then vereifying the week before only to find out we never paid which contradicted the info we were recieveing. It took.until the second to the last day of our trip to figure out. Overall it was an amazing trip despite the not so great weather. We would stay here again.

The house was wonderful. Less than 2 minutes to the beach. House layout was perfect. Great communal space. Kitchen had everything we needed.

House was great and updated. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Walk to the beach was very short. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and layout are perfect for our family. The ice maker was broken and didn’t get repaired during our stay which was unfortunate . But, other than that a great spot for our family vacation

Loved the house layout, the pool/spa, short walk to the beach, decor etc. lots of bath towels and even had deodorants, soaps, dishwaher and laundry pods. Washer and dryer worked great too. Kitchen well equipped with crockpots, toaster auto drip coffee AND a Keurig. No beach chairs so bring your own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully updated home with nice large bedrooms, although the master could use a new Mattress. It has a very large hump in the middle. All other beds comfortable. Master also needs heavier curtains. Room is so light in the morning - forget about sleeping in. Short walk to the beach and very nice pool and outdoor area. Refrigerator Ice maker was not working when we arrived. Called Vacasa 3 times with no action. They left a vm saying someone would contact us, but they never did. Also the check in process needs an update. Such a waste of time to have to go to the Vacasa office to get your car passes. Why? Leave at the gate or mail ahead. Overall enjoyable - would stay again.

House wonderful, needed dry measuring cups and spatula, which we purchased. Needs grill cleaned from grease in bottom. Great location, clean an updated!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The location was great, close to the beach. The pool was fantastic. We loved the open concept. Checking in was very easy. We were so pleased that our family dog was allowed to join us. We would have liked the use of the garage to put all our bikes and beach chairs in for the night.

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE HHI VACASA OFFICE TO PICK UP GATE PASSES! We knew we needed gate passes from our many previous stays at Palmetto Dunes. There were not any instructions in the check in email saying to go by office to pick up gate passes. Calling the Vacasa “customer service” number was NOT helpful at all. They didn’t even know what I was talking about. The Vacasa HHI office is located at 21 Executive Park Rd. The girls that work in the office were wonderful and extremely helpful. So definitely make that your first stop. On to the house. Lovely house that has been newly renovated. The kitchen was well equipped and had most of the necessities from an appliance/pots and pans/utensils prospective. Perfect pool and spa and even found additional floats back by the garbage can area. Comfy beds and several different types of pillows so if one didn’t suit you could find one that did. Great location and a very easy walk to the beach.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sunny Daze! Well updated residence, with all the amenities! Few steps to the beach access. Superiorly decorated! Highly recommended! We will be back!

Great pool area, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Pleasant open floor plan, very tastefully decorated. Tremendous beach and walking / biking path. Love the area with Shelter Cove nearby.

Sunny Daze was spacious open concept and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget one could need. Pool was great and just a quick walk down the street to the beach. A wonderful vacation.

We loved this house, and we would definitely stay here again! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well maintained, recently updated, and very well stocked. We had a few hiccups…the dishwasher did not work for our entire stay. Isaac, the maintenance man, was super nice and very helpful. He did his best to fix the issue in a timely manner, but it ultimately required a plumber. They did get a plumber out eventually to fix the issue, but unfortunately, it was on our last day. The only other issue was that I paid for pool heat, confirmed the pool heat, and then showed up to no pool heat. I was told that the owner did not want the pool heated, and we would be refunded. Tanner, the property manager, was very kind and helpful (must be because he is from Ohio…j/k), and once I showed him our confirmation of pool heat, he did have it turned on. Unfortunately, that couldn’t be done until 3 days in because of the holiday. He was gracious enough to reimburse us for the cost of the heat and give us the last four days of complimentary pool heat. My only recommendations would be spraying for bugs and providing beach towels…beach towels were the one thing that I wish that were provided. Thanks for a great stay!

Spacious and laid out beautifully. So close to beach and the area overall is perfect for anything you may be interested in .. beach, walking, biking and the pool:) Kitchen is well equipped. Will be back :)

Perfect trip! Property is magazine material!

We loved our short visit. Everything was as described. (No outside shower, but I think they will update this information.)The kitchen was very well stocked and perfect for us. The bathrooms are fine, so the fact that they aren't perfect like the rest of the house didn't bother us a bit. Perfect location for getting to the beach, bikes, restaurants, grocery, and anything else you might want/need. The pool and the outdoor fire were awesome! We can't wait to come back!

We absolutely loved the new layout of this house; It made it so easy for all nine of us to be together. The beds were so comfortable and we all enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach. The one thing I have to say is the filter on the dryer was completely full of lint. I would just remind the cleaning company to make sure they check that. Also, like others, a mat to wipe your feet would be helpful at each doorway. Otherwise, we had an excellent time and will definitely rent this house again! This was our 8th year in Palmetto Dunes but only the 2nd year we rented a house. We were very happy that this house was pet friendly - even the dog loved it. Can’t wait to return!

We rented this house last year (July 2020), and it was nice.
However, it was sold late last year, and the new owners extensively remodeled the living room, dining room, and kitchen. It's very nice, especially the kitchen! It's beautifully done with all new appliances. The bathrooms are not yet updated, but they are fine, EXCEPT for the floor in one of the bathrooms. The floor is very spongey and you feel like it's going to give way. The private pool is nice, and it's a super short walk to the beach, and the General Store is just a short walk away also. We would definitely rent this house again!
