I want to start off with the positives. I rented this location since I was attending a conference for work and I was with a coworker. This location is excellent for access to the convention center which is literally across the street from the block it is on. Also this location is about 8 or 9 blocks from bourbon street. The rental itself has quite a nice layout and it roomy. Price was pretty good and low but that is because of the loose ends I believe. The staff that is there on occasion are very nice. Here are some of the negatives. First the amenities on the web page are not exactly what you get and or somewhat misleading. The pool for example we didnt see because it is an 11 or 12 minute walk apparently to another sister building. The roof top lounge is not accessible which looked like a nice feature that we could not use. Earlybird access which is in FAQ section is not available at all it is a hard 4PM arrival. I inquired about earlybird and was told no but 10 minutes later I got a text inquiring if I wanted early bird so I called back and they told me no again. That was somewhat comical but it is what it is. Lets talk about the rooms themselves. The main single chair in the family room was broken and so was one of the beds which was extra for us so it wasnt the biggest deal and the guy working fixed it with a 2 x 4 piece and a dozen screws. The kitchen sink faucet almost fell off but we got under the sink to connect it all back together. This was the norm here.
