Upon entering you can’t help but notice how accurate the pictures on VRBO were, beautiful. I would rent this home again. Unfortunately I have 2 sons that are 6’2” and 6’4” so their feet hung over the ends of beds but that was not first time they have experienced that. We really enjoyed our stay at Family Tides. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The screened in heated pool and patio were the best part! Wonderful and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. If you are looking for a quiet location that is close to EVERYTHING then Family Tides is your place. The house it stocked with all the essentials you need and the owners Tomy and Lianet are absolutely wonderful and so very responsive. We only had a few questions during our stay and they responded very quickly. What more could you ask for? If we visit Vero Beach again we will definitely be back at Family Tides.

Great house, very attentive owners and a fantastic pool. A well equipped home. WiFi was fast and reliable. The neighborhood had very little traffic which was great for taking our morning walks. Also, theirs was a golf course right next door. A perfect vacation location.

We enjoyed a lovely family vacation at Family Tides. The house is perfect for young families and has all you need for quality family time. The pool is lovely and heated with lots of pool furniture to relax on. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are lovely and soft. The house feels very clean as well which adds an additional layer of comfort when using a rental property. The hosts were very responsive to any queries we had. The house is also very close to a publix and pharmacies etc. Overall we had a great relaxing week.

We loved everything about this property. So much so we have already booked it for next year. Aside from being beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and in a great quiet neighborhood, it is well equipped with all of the essentials, including a good supply of soaps, shampoos, paper products and so many unexpected extras. The heated pool and screened area is where we spent a good portion of our time and the pictures don’t quite capture how wonderful the outside space is. We’re so happy we chose this property, a perfect rental all around.

House was as described, clean and ready for our arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and a lot more. The owners were very quick to respond to a few questions and resolved 1 small thing that came up during our stay in a very short time without inconvenience to us. We were 3 adults down for a few days on personal business, so the heated pool was nice to come back to at the end of the day. There are games, puzzles and some things for younger kids as well. Overall the house and amenities are well though out for a short term rental and unlike some places we have stayed we didn't have to run out multiple times to get a small amount of one thing or the other for our stay.

The house was great! It was in an easy access location and felt very safe for the kids. The 3 and 6 year olds LOVED the house so much they wanted us to stay and never return home. The owners had toys and board games that the kids could play with which really helped on days when it rained. The pool was the major attraction! It was clean and heated! Plus a lot of pool toys to use. We really did not cook at the house as much as we thought would due to all the great places to dine within the area. But kitchen looked well stocked. The pans have seen better days so my wife purchased a pan for cooking there - but we never used it. Frankly, I think it was a plot to purchase new cookware for our home. Overall it was a GREAT house to rent and would do so again! Highly recommend this location!

The house was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The pool was awesome for children and lots of outside seating. The beach was not too far away. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

We just returned from staying at Family Tides. We have stayed at many VRBO locations and I can say with all sincerity that this is one of the most well apportioned homes In which we have stayed. The owner provided all of the essential items I have often had to purchase on my own such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc. I thought this was a particularly nice touch and something you really don’t find in most places. The beach chairs, bikes and other equipment were in good shape. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Communicating with the owner was both easy and prompt. It should be noted that the house is not close to the beach. It is not advertised as such so there should be no mystery there. It is about 3 miles from downtown which of course requires you to drive to get there. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We did have some issue with no-see-um’s around the pool area while we were there. I’m sure it was exacerbated by the recent rains in the area. I did alert the owner of such and he was going to have pest control come that day to remedy this. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the home and I would certainly recommend it.

The pool (which is warmed) is amazing and we just spent hours there. The neighborhood is very quiet and picturesque. One earlier review mentioned a railway nearby; while it is correct one can hear a train from time to time, this is absolutely not an issue. I really hope we will have the opportunity to stay here again!!

House and host are amazing

This property was clean and fully equipped kitchen! I was concern because we had kids comming too but it was absolutely perfect. The pool was a perfect for the kids. Would recomend staying in this property 100% over!
